    the whole biography
From sweaty basements of queer bars to festival mainstages at dawn, Charlie Vaux has emerged as a rising icon of Berlin’s underground scene, shining as a passionate and skilled selector and curator . As the visionary behind Neukölln’s genre-fluid party series LOVESHACK, resident artist at Hamburg’s iconic Queerpool and a member of the EBM/Darkwave label Crave Tapes, Vaux is firmly rooted in the queer underground and has carved a reputation as one of its most versatile and exciting emerging talents. After a decade spent twirling across Berlin’s dancefloors, collecting music and refining his taste, he is now making waves internationally , with appearances on HÖR and at renowned clubs like KHIDI, Tbilisi and Le Sucre, Lyon. Never one to resist a touch of drama and nostalgia, he effortlessly blends dark and sultry genres like Synthwave, EBM and Electro with brighter shades of Italo, House and Disco, crafting a signature sound that is eclectic, sensual, and vocal-driven. In 2025 he collaborated with Italian-born producer Leonardo Di Fiore on their cinematic debut EP “Changing Colors” , blending Vaux’ powerful vocals with dreamy synths, raw emotion and 80s nostalgia. The duo has since unveiled their new joint project, Opera Electric. Beyond the booth, Vaux channels his creativity into photography , filmmaking, and curating events that celebrate diverse music and queer community . A multidisciplinary artist through and through, Vaux channels fluidity and fearless self-expression into everything he does - creating unforgettable moments that resonate long after the last track fades.
Their RA profile lists Shapeless Culture.

“Marcel aka MVHY is a Berlin-based selector and queer nightlife maker.”

    their own biography

    the whole biography
Marcel aka MVHY is a Berlin-based selector and queer nightlife maker. Originally from Witten in West Germany, he was first introduced to raving as a teenager at the beloved Goethebunker in Essen. In 2016 Marcel swam east to catch bigger fish in the Berlin Spree. With a smile that could kill, he charmed his way into positions all across Berlin’s nightlife industry. Serving drinks (and sometimes ice cream) he spent weekend after weekend soaking in hundreds of hours of live sets, buying the music he loved along the way. Eventually, Marcel’s picnic basket was full to the brim with Garage, Detroit and Chicago-tinged house music begging to be shared. It seemed time to lay out a big blanket and serve. During the lockdown, while the clubs were closed Marcel became MVHY, the 4/4 swing, vocal chop, swish swish bish on the decks. MVHY brings to his DJ sets the same fun-loving and carefree attitude he does toward hosting the rave. His biggest achievement so far? Heading back to where it all started to play for the Goethebunker in December 2022 and playing Bassiani in Georgia in 2024.

North, Italy · 12 bookings since Oct 2025

“Equally obsessive about Hi-NRG, New Beat, Dark & Nu Disco she quests through the dirtiest depths of the internet and record stores for rhythms so inviting that you can't help but bathe, kick and writhe in the sludge and dust with her.”

Equally obsessive about Hi-NRG, New Beat, Dark & Nu Disco she quests through the dirtiest depths of the internet and record stores for rhythms so inviting that you can't help but bathe, kick and writhe in the sludge and dust with her. She's raised iconic dancefloors worldwide with a style that is an eclectic swag of sex, humour and psychedelia. A collision of expansive beats and seductive evolving moods that have hypnotized Berlin's audiences at Berghain's Panorama Bar for Italorama, Cocktail d'Amore, Salon zur Wilden Renate, Revier Südost, and Sisyphos to mention a few. Though she's “just a DJ, not a f***ing neurosurgeon”, she is the rock and caretaker of Wrong Era and Slow Motion organizations and parties all over the world; notorious, sweaty meet-ups for all the "not-too-hard tunz tunz" music lovers.
