Sofi Lucius, a purveyor of industrial, acid, and hypnotic sounds, is a dedicated electronic music artist and event curator for almost two decades. Through her DJ sets, she broadcasts her long and winding journey through the scene and its influences since her beginnings in Buenos Aires. From her childhood artist beginnings, through the creation of her own Argentine venue, through her years in Ibiza, through her own collective Project 33, and actually with residence in Berlin, she displays a curious, restless, introspective, and sensitive passion for the scene and electronic music. In his almost 7 years of residence in Berlin, he has played in renowned clubs and festivals such as Sisyphos, Katerblau, Fusion Festival, Rummelsbucht, Station Endlos, Suicide Circus, Encore und Fois, Magdalena, Keller, Polygon, many more. In addition to the last few years of stability in the Berlin scene, she has also, for many years, several residencies in Ibiza and participated in hundreds of parties around the world, in different cities of Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Spain, France, and Germany. Since the beginning of the nineties, DJ Upzet is a fan of electronic music. At first he was attracted to Acid and Minimal Techno. 1997, at the age of 16, he discovered his all-consuming passion for drum & bass music and in 1998 he started mixing it. 1999, at the age of 18, he discovered his all-consuming passion for drum & bass music. Since this time, Upzet has been constantly motivated to perfect his mixing skills and he attaches great importance to diversity in all of his sets. Today, Liquid Funk, Deep, Dark, Tech and Neurofunk are his usual styles, but mixing Oldskool Jungle and Happybreakbeat also gives him a sense of delight. In 2001, after experiences with various artists, he started organizing drum & bass events. In 2009, Upzet moved to Berlin, where he's still djing and where he promotes some clubdates like "Out of Mind", "Step higher", "Infected", "Lucid Dreaming" and other special events . In 2010 he founded the Berlin based Out of Mind Crew: Upzet, DJane Cyrilla, Nursa, Hardy, Stone and SolHo. 2013 is when Upzet finally stepped into the world of making producing beats, he is currently working on his first set of tracks so watch this space!
