the whole biography
After her time as the lead singer of Planet 1999, PC Music’s neo-shoegaze band, ultra caro launched her solo project that blends melancholic synth-pop with haunting beauty. Her self-produced works merge ethereal textures with introspective storytelling, earning her recognition as one of the most innovative voices in the post-hyperpop realm. Her music draws on the landscapes the French Riviera, youthful fantasies, and the delicate balance between optimism and longing. Songs like 'hide me here' and 'Moonrise' highlight her signature style, ranging from intimate instrumentals to stripped-back productions. A respected figure in the creative community, ultra caro has collaborated with artists such as A.G. Cook, Charli XCX, Hannah Diamond, Erika de Casier or daine. These musical collaborations, along with her distinctive visual direction and dedication to authenticity, have cemented her status as a vital force in today’s experimental pop community. With her unique vision and ties to PC Music’s artistry-first ethos, Caro continues to push the boundaries of experimental pop, crafting music that is both arrestingly beautiful and a testament to the innovation of female producers redefining the genre.Their RA profile lists PC Music.“𝓢𝓪𝓵𝓿𝓮𝔃𝔃𝓪®️”
