dej.y
With a mix style radiating mystic joy, wonder, and pleasure, Dej.y is a producer and DJ with a passion for hard hitting drums and deep bass lines. Since leaning into the art of DJ’ing with support and encouragement from her mentor Amp Fiddler, Dej.y has rapidly captured international hearts with her mix series, The Hypnotic, and locally at her own BLAKINETIC gatherings and other Detroit havens like Blueprint, Sleep Olympics, and Ash Lauryn's annual Movement party Underground & Black. Blending powerfully smooth or sometimes gritty melodies, Dej.y uses her relationship with rhythm to infuse fresh, unpredictable life into her sets that take you on a cosmic quest - voyaging her extraordinary world, and undiscovered realms of your own.
