As anyone who has experienced her in action will attest, she’s a nimble dancer with impeccable selecting skills. From deep house to techno, soulful cuts and that irresistible deep African vibration, it’s all in there. On the production tip, she unveiled her debut EP Femme Tech on Jackie Queens’ Bae Electronica in June 2022. This was followed by a remix of ‘Pussy Power’ by Keinemusik (feat. Nomi Ruiz). DESIREE is an intersex woman, born with chromosomal patterns that are male. Mita Gami creates electronic music not just for the sake of being heard, but to be felt, experienced. His understanding for clear themes, composition and build ups takes the listener on a journey, while his innovative pairing with elements from entirely different backgrounds breaks with expectations and thereby create his own musical worlds. The live performances of the multi-instrumentalist become rituals, and these rituals translate back into his productions, making them even more enchanting. His desire for music to be more than just sonic entertainment, but rather a psychedelic agent that expands the listeners mind, is evident. Growing up and becoming a vital part of the electronic music scene in Tel Aviv, not just by producing and performing from a very young age onwards, but also jointly running a label (Blue Shadow Records) and a music experience (‚Sunrise Kingdom‘ camp within ‚Midburn‘ Festival), it is apparent that Mita Gami’s greatest love is music. SG Lewis started his musical career as a resident DJ for Chibuku in Liverpool, a place that gave him his musical education and allowed him to cut his teeth as a DJ. It was there that he fell in love with electronic music, club culture, and mixing records. Since then, SG Lewis has built a reputation as one of the most versatile DJs in modern electronic music, known for blending house, disco, funk, and soulful pop into high-energy club sets. Behind the scenes, he has produced notable works such as Dave’s seminal breakout track “100M’s” and co-written “Hallucinate” for Dua Lipa’s record-smashing, GRAMMY-nominated number-one album Future Nostalgia. SG’s most recent collaboration with Keinemusik, “Be The One”, is yet another example of his ability to move fluidly across genres. His deep connection to club culture led to the creation of his record label, Forever Days, which is a club-centric imprint in the dance music world. Designed as a space to push creative boundaries beyond the sound of his solo artist project, the label has already unveiled collaborations with Chloe Caillet, DJ Seinfeld, and Loods - and thrown day-to-night parties in London, New York, Ibiza and Tulum. Speaking on Forever Days, SG Lewis explains: "For a long time now, I’ve wanted to create an outlet for the club-focused music I’m constantly making and a platform to champion artists I love - music made strictly for the dance floor, with the sole ambition of creating more of those euphoric moments." In 2025 SG Lewis released his highly anticipated third studio album, Anemoia, which explores the nostalgia of times and places never visited.
