Musician and writer, Spurge deejays in a fashion that is often dialectical in nature - weaving opposing elements together to construct a singular, political experience - honoring the practice of storytelling through selection while enjoying the sport-like aspects of DJing too. His chameleonic perspective to mixing shirks genre, freeing Spurge to jump from dancehall to techno to rock to electro, disco, house, ambient to whatever’s clever. Spurge’s musical knowledge is bolstered by a decade in the New York nightlife community, showcased through his playing history - Good Room, Bossa Nova Civic Club, Mansions, Nowadays - and the projects he’s been involved in: The Lot Radio, Sustain-Release, Captured Tracks Record Shop, Resident Advisor. His versatility as a DJ is demonstrated through bookings outside of the club for entities like Ace Hotel, Wythe Hotel, NTS, dublab and Something Special Studios as well as international bookings at clubs like Mitsuki (Tokyo), Offtrack (Singapore), and Super Rayo (Bogotá). Spurge runs the record label Eto Ano. His curation of the record label reiterates his capabilities as a selector, illustrated through releases like Pearly - Silver Of The Mirror (Remixes) and No Cash in Booth: A Compilation by Eto Ano (Supporting Decriminalizing the MTA). Through Eto Ano, Spurge maintains a research-based monthly show on The Lot Radio.Their RA profile lists Blueberry Records and Eto Ano.often with Marco Weibel, Bookworms, Nkisi, none of them here that night

Queens born multimedia artist, producer, and DJ, Ramses curates immersive, emotionally resonant explorations. Exceeding genre limits, coupling mixing techniques with live production, and using dissonance as a tool, his sets orchestrate peaks and valleys. Weaving tight baselines with wet synths, swinging drums, sample based textural explorations, and lavish vocals, he traverses the techno diaspora to create a one of a kind soup. Ramses sets incorporate a little bit of everything - house, ghetto tech, electro, footwork, dembow, breaks, bass, and more. Sets are spun through a centrifuge and fused into a distillate of layered rhythms made to break apart molds.often with menofilter, Uncouth, GMAR, none of them here that night
