the whole biography
Her work is both driving and calculated as well as colorful and joyful, showcasing a strong influence of diasporic roots and a depth of musical understanding that's under constant redefinition. Having performed with staple parties of the LA underground, such as Mustache Mondays and Rail Up, she’s opened for DJ Lag, Yaeji, Mexican Jihad, Tayhana, and Coucou Chloe. Her mixes provide an exploratory interpretation of music and culture, such as her mix for Moonshine on Rinse France, her mix for The Astral Plane’s LA series, and her 100% Dancehall Mix for Sleeper Cell on NTS.Recently at Mood Ring, Bossa Nova Civic Club · often with amita, Yellowtech, Pressure Assist, none of them here that night
