Simon Vuarambon Simon Vuarambon, a young producer from Geneva, Switzerland, raised in La Pampa, Argentina, and currently based in Buenos Aires, crafts smooth, profound, and energetic music. His layers of emotional and sophisticated rhythms evoke a unique and immersive experience. With the support of established and acclaimed artists like Lee Burridge, John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo, and Guy J, it’s no surprise that this young artist is becoming established and acclaimed internationally within the electronic music scene. Starting at the age of 14, Simon was noted as the youngest DJ to perform in the local music scene of La Pampa, Argentina. By 16, he produced his first track, 'Inverted Pole,' which was loved and played by the legendary John Digweed on his ‘Transitions Radio Show.’ At 18, he moved to Buenos Aires to pursue a 5 year degree in Film Scoring Composition, which he completed while dedicating much of his youth to music and the arts, learning piano and guitar. His first international gig was in 2013 alongside Guy Mantzur and Sahar Z in Tel Aviv at the legendary club ‘The Cat & The Dog.’ Since then, he has played at some of the best clubs and events, supporting leading artists like Lee Burridge, John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo, and Guy J, and touring worldwide in clubs like The Brooklyn Mirage (New York), Cova Santa (Ibiza), Kaap (Amsterdam), Newspeak (Montreal), Xibalba Festival (Mexico City), Vibe (Curitiba), Do Not Sit On The Furniture (Miami), Evergreen Brickworks (Toronto), Meco (Lisbon), Civic Underground (Sydney), Howler (Melbourne), and more. By 2015, he officially released his remix of Hernan Cattaneo’s track 'Lunar' on Sudbeat, which held the #1 spot for three years on Beatport. With his release 'Alycon' on All Day I Dream, and a collaboration called 'One' with legendary house DJ Lee Burridge and Lost Desert on the album Melt, followed by unique releases considered by many as future classics, like 'Morgana’, 'Lazos’, the energetic 'Afrika' or the profound 'Mature Simplicity' on Sébastien Léger’s Lost Miracle. His most acclaimed official remix of the 2000s classic St Germain’s 'So Flute' came out as #1 on Beatport for several months at the beginning of 2024. His newest EP with Tantum just got released on John Digweed’s legendary Bedrock Records, as well as a new single ‘Pampa’ on AnjunadeepTheir RA profile lists Bedrock Records, SCI+TEC, Anjunadeep, Sudbeat and 3 more.Recently at Brooklyn Mirage · often with Newman, CHRISTOPH KÖSTLIN, Hyunji-A, none of them here that night
“Legend has it that Hólmar was born under the winter solstice in the remote highlands of Iceland, to one of the Hidden People communes.”

the whole biography
Legend has it that Hólmar was born under the winter solstice in the remote highlands of Iceland, to one of the Hidden People communes. His elvish mother passed during childbirth, and one snowy night he was discovered by sheep farmers in the valley below, with a note promising them protection of their flock if they raised him as their own. They agreed—wisely. His childhood was spent on the farm, swimming in mountain lakes with his adoptive mother until a national synchronized swimming coach, hiking nearby, spotted him mid-spin. Soon, young Hólmar was training in Reykjavik, on track for Olympic glory—until a career-ending injury ended his dreams, but launched him into another: dance. He formed the Black Widows troupe and toured Scandinavia, winning competitions and the hearts of audiences. His obsession with making show playlists led to impromptu DJ sets at underground parties—until he was unceremoniously kicked out of the troupe for prioritizing decks over dance rehearsals. Crushed but determined, he moved to New York, started throwing infamous parties in clubs across Manhattan, and co-founded Crack & Speed Records with his Parisian comrade Jef-K, releasing his first records under the monikers Mr. Negative & The Spencer Filipsson Experience. A fateful night at a former brothel on the Lower East Side led to his meeting with Greg Oreck—and the birth of Thugfucker. Their track “Disco Gnome” became the first release on Life and Death Records, and Hólmar spent the next decade touring with them and spreading mischief across the globe. Post-Thugfucker, Hólmar leaned into his inner Acid Tourist—a psychedelic transition that involved at least one synchronized dance in the desert, questionable fashion choices, and zero regrets. A beloved figure on the playa, he’s played transformative sets at Robot Heart, Distrikt, Pink Mammoth, and Mayan Warrior, weaving emotion, humor, and bass into dust-kissed memories that still echo across the sands. He launched new collaborations including Beauty/Beast with Philipp Jung, the supergroup Formerly with Anstascia, Philipp Jung, and Kenny Glasgow as well as projects like Lovestruckk with Nico Stojan, and Theory of Light with Brian Cid. He’s also the co-founder of We Give A Jam, a sonic relief movement in response to the Los Angeles wildfires, bringing together 50+ artists to raise funds via a global music community in partnership with Electronic Groove and Listed Bookings. With his first edit All is Full of Love (Acid Tourist and Rohan Aylan Re-Imagination) released on Acid Tourism, this is only the beginning. Gavin Stephenson grew up influenced by an eclectic range of music spanning from the Beatles and Led Zepplin to the Clash and the synth pop of the '80s. When he discovered dance music in the late '90s, it all came together and took off from there. Gavin has been involved in dance music since he started DJing and produced his first party in 1998. He was the resident and a co-founder of the Spectra and Positive Pressure parties in New York City. By 2003, Gavin was DJing both stateside and internationally, with stops all over the U.S. and Europe, in Canada, Central America, South America, and North Africa. Between 2004 and 2006, he traveled throughout the U.S. and Europe playing as a label DJ for the Swedish dance label, Digital Structures. In 2013, Gavin Stephenson became one of the founders of ebb + flow music, an NYC-based production company known for some of the best underground parties in the scene with consistent high quality music and an undeniably contagious vibe. As an ebb + flow resident, Gavin graces the crowd with funky bass lines, deep grooves, and forward-thinking music in every one of his sets. His ability to read the crowd and give it the necessary energy to thrive is a trademark of the musical journeys that he creates. During the summer of 2014, Gavin took his love of dance music to another level with collaboration on music production with Justin Marchacos and ebb + flow co-founder, Iman Rizky. Their work together spawned Second Format, a trio which has been producing tracks with driving bass lines and catchy, danceable hooks. Track releases are slated to come out early this year on Cityfox and beyond.Recently at Gaia Nomaya, 96 Morgan Ave, Bogart House · often with Sky So Young, A-Z, Gadi Mitrani, none of them here that night
“Iman Rizky was bred on house beats from the early '80s and '90s.”
their own biography
the whole biography
Iman Rizky was bred on house beats from the early '80s and '90s. His relationship with dance music back then was a transcendental experience every weekend at places like New York City's Red Zone, the Tunnel, Limelight’s Disco 2000, the Sound Factory, and the legendary Twilo. Iman became a promoter for the Tunnel, Limelight, and the Palladium during the club scene era of the late '80s. His immersion in the heyday of club culture in NYC prompted the pursuit of his true life-long passion of DJing. With his extensive knowledge of dance music from both participation and promotion, he was able to cultivate a unique DJ sound to call his own. As the club scene era wound down and the dance music scene went underground in the early 2000s, Iman formed the party production group, Ku-Deta, which put together events stateside as well as internationally. Around the same time, he started his weekly DJ residency at SEA in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, where he continues to play on Fridays and Sundays. Ku-Deta provided a precursory template for ebb + flow music, an NYC-based production company that Iman Rizky founded with Gavin Stephenson in 2013. The underground parties of ebb + flow music have brought consistent high quality music and an undeniably contagious vibe to the dance music scene. As an ebb + flow resident, Iman's DJ sets are laden with minimal groovy beats layered with melodic sounds that build in a cycle of high peaks and low valleys. He takes the crowd on a thrilling roller coaster ride of music that elevates the mind, moves the body, and satisfies the soul. In the summer of 2014, Iman took ebb + flow to another level with collaboration on music production with Justin Marchacos and Gavin Stephenson. The trio became Second Format and has been producing tracks with driving bass lines and catchy, danceable hooks. Justin and Second Format's Giants EP was released on the Cityfox label earlier this year and charted in the Top 10 on Beatport within its first week.Recently at Musica Club NYC, Gaia Nomaya, House of Yes · often with Drew Proud, J.
