He started young as an audiophile with a clear intent for sound quality/design and now finds himself pursuing his passion for music as his next chapter, inspiring other bedroom DJs and producers.   Saqib is a creative force. A DJ’s DJ, a deep digger of musical gems, a producer of equally unique gems, and a community builder. First and foremost a guitarist, bass player and drummer who grew up in the world of rock and metal from a young age in Pakistan, Saqib is a producer whose tracks transcend genre, era, hype, and scene. They speak the language of dance. With close to a hundred releases over the past decade he has slowly created a sound unto himself and a devoted following. It is a sound that crosses boundaries between house, techno, indie dance, hip hop, Bollywood, Lahore, Brooklyn, Detroit and Berlin mixed with some secret sauce known only to the man himself. Moving to New York City to play shoulder-to-shoulder with the best in the world, Saqib has shared the decks and earned plays from artists like Danny Tenaglia, Jamie Jones, Adam Ten, Blond:ish, Adriatique, Mita Gami, Bedouin, Lee Burridge, Robag Wruhme and so many more. His records, released on labels including Abracadabra, Maccabi House, Kindisch, Flying Circus, Get Physical, Sol Selectas, and Echolette, reflect a spectrum of musical sensibility that can only be described as UNIQUE… earning him a spot as one of of 1001 Tracklists’ Top 100 Producers and a regular spot in the Beatport top 10 in multiple genres. During the pandemic Saqib became a resident artist of Blondish:ish’s Abracadabra releasing music, doing A+R, and hosting a weekly twitch stream created entirely on his own called “Love Jams” that started a devoted following around his sound. In 2022 he started his own label ‘Beats On Time’, a Brooklyn-based indie dance imprint uplifting local and international artists alike. Whether at Brooklyn Mirage, Knockdown Center, a rooftop or a dimly-lit basement, Saqib leads the floor with his unique sound. A unique one who marches to the beat of his own drum and we all dance with him.

  Pierre Zet is a Melodic Techno, Progressive House, Indie Dance & Afro House DJ based out of New York, USA. Often playing in local New York event lineups and sharing the decks with artists such as Stan Kolev or Francis Mercier, Pierre has made a home at several notable powerhouse clubs like Superior Ingredients, Quantum Brooklyn, Somewhere Nowhere or 3 Dollar Bill. Highly passionate, Pierre is also locally known as a DJ coach, event organizer and a promoter you can always count on! He has funded the SOMOS community and is one one of the Mind-Matter partners. From his real name Pierre Alauzet, he started his musical journey at the age of 5 in France at the very classical music academy with the practice of the piano, bassoon, and music theory for more than 15 years. He then took a long break travelling the world and focusing on his digital, data & analytics corporate career. It’s only after moving to New York City in 2017 and discovering the electronic music scene that Pierre regained his taste for music and combining his recent revelation with his strong classical roots.
