Decades after his track Tears alongside Frankie Knuckles, the Japanese-born, New York-based DJ, producer, remixer, and label boss remains a staple in the sets of today’s underground elite. A globally respected DJ, Satoshi regularly plays clubs and festivals across Europe, the Americas, and Tokyo, delivering forward-thinking sets that bridge house, techno, and beyond. He continues to release music on his own Abstract Architecture imprint, as well as labels such as A_A, Yoyaku, Phonogramme, and 2020 Vision. A student of jazz and classical piano, Satoshi is a musically adept and accomplished producer who constantly evolves his craft. In recent years, he is experimenting with an all-hardware live setup, bringing his beloved studio machines to the stage for DAW-less improvisation. In 2025, he makes his live debut at Dekmantel Festival. As relevant as ever, Satoshi continues to make waves in the electronic music community like only he can.Their RA profile lists SAW Recordings, 20/20 Vision, Strictly Rhythm, No.19 Music and 6 more.Last at Jolene Sound Room Brooklyn in Oct 2023 · often with Shvili, Maksim, DANILO BRACA, none of them here that night
