“Concrete Husband is a NYC-based producer, DJ, composer, and flutist whose work bridges hypnotic techno, contemporary composition, and surrealist sound design.”

    their own biography

    the whole biography
Concrete Husband is a NYC-based producer, DJ, composer, and flutist whose work bridges hypnotic techno, contemporary composition, and surrealist sound design. His forward-thinking dance records Piel and Pelvic Resonance, released on White Owl Records, received critical acclaim, with Document Journal describing his music as “redefining avant-garde composition.” Educated at New England Conservatory, he draws on a deep knowledge of musical history to create emotionally charged sonic narratives that blur the line between the sensual and the uncanny. His DJ sets move through hypnotic grooves and psychological tension. A fixture of the Brooklyn techno scene, he has been seen countless times at BASEMENT, Paragon, and Knockdown Center, as well as at WIRE Festival and Merge. He is a resident of the Mexico City collective Pervert. As a composer and flutist, he merges virtuosic performance with experimental approaches to sound. Integrating live flute into his work, he has developed a singular performance language that led Eartheater to invite him to open her 2024 international tour, alongside a headline debut at Silent Green. His compositions have been presented at Amant, MoMA PS1, Museum of Modern Art, MUNCH, and Palazzo Reale. He has also scored Dion Lee’s Shanghai Fashion Week presentation and contributed flute compositions to the A24 film Beau Is Afraid. Most recently, he released the experimental project "Where The Ashes Glow" on NNA Tapes.

“Drawing from Detroit’s foundational influence and the darker edges of contemporary European club music, she crafts immersive, tension-driven sets built on heavy percussion, layered textures, and driving low-end energy.”

    their own biography

    the whole biography
Drawing from Detroit’s foundational influence and the darker edges of contemporary European club music, she crafts immersive, tension-driven sets built on heavy percussion, layered textures, and driving low-end energy. Her approach to DJing centers on narrative and atmosphere, creating long-form journeys where tracks dissolve into one another through mounting pressure and cathartic release. Originally developing her craft in Boston through close collaboration with the INFRA collective, KXAH became deeply involved in the underground DIY circuit before relocating to New York City. During that time, she co-founded the Aversion event platform and label, helping build collaborative events and releases alongside collectives and artists from across the US and Europe, including Detroit Techno Militia, BCCO, Maison Fauna, and Uncoiled. Though no longer involved with the platform, the experience helped shape her approach to underground culture, collaboration, and independent artist infrastructure. Beyond the club, KXAH’s work extends deeply into experimental listening culture and interdisciplinary curation. Previously curating for Silence Please, a high-fidelity speaker building company and immersive listening showroom in New York, where she programmed and hosted experimental ambient sessions centred around intentional listening and sound system culture. Working within the showroom’s acoustically focused environment, she curated performances and listening experiences featuring artists such as Neel, Function, Amelia Holt, Amma Atteria and other experimental live performers, vinyl selectors, and sound artists. The series explored the intersection of ambient music, spatial sound, psychoacoustics, and deep listening, reflecting KXAH’s ongoing interest in the emotional and physical impact of sound beyond the dancefloor. Her independently curated “Fight Club” events further expanded this community-driven approach. Hosted inside a fighting gym under the motto “Fighters Not Lovers,” the series created a platform highlighting female and multidisciplinary creatives, fostering collaboration between DJs, visual artists, designers, performers, and emerging talent within underground communities. As a performer, KXAH has appeared at influential venues and underground institutions across New York, Detroit, Minneapolis, and the East Coast, including Basement, Paragon, Marble Bar, Bossa Nova Civic Club, Good Room, Refuge, and Leland City Club. She has also performed at festivals including The Great Beyond and Techtoit. In March 2026, KXAH released “The State Of The Mind” through Amsterdam-based label and collective Donker as part of the compilation DNKRVA004, a release featuring female artists from across the international underground electronic scene, with proceeds supporting breast cancer awareness and research initiatives in the Netherlands. their own biography

    the whole biography
Wyatt Stevens is at the forefront of a young Brooklyn scene that's taking the dance music world by storm. Alongside friends and collaborators such as AceMo, Kush Jones, and DJ Swisha, he's created a genre-agnostic movement that celebrates all facets of Black electronic music, from old-school Detroit techno to the early days of jungle, drum & bass and more modern strains of American dance music. His HAUS Of ALTR label has become a hub for this community, releasing his own material as well as his critically acclaimed AceMoMA project with AceMo, and three massive compilations that define this new generation of producers. MoMA Ready makes dance music intuitively and without orthodoxy, where techno can suddenly morph into drum & bass and back again.

“A triple threat who lights up a room when behind the decks, in the studio and on stage, TORIBIO is a lifelong student of rhythm.”

    their own biography

    the whole biography
A triple threat who lights up a room when behind the decks, in the studio and on stage, TORIBIO is a lifelong student of rhythm. Analyzing melodies and chords with a musician's ear, the Dominican-American artist blends different genres and moods in all his creative pursuits–DJing, producing, singing, playing instruments, and even his skills on the mic. Thanks to a childhood spent playing in church and jazz drumming, the Florida-born, New York-based act has a natural sense of harmony. He takes on the role of musical cartographer in his Afro-Latin band, Conclave, whose debut album was named one of Resident Advisor's best in 2021 and praised by both Rolling Stone and the New Yorker. Acting as the ensemble's bandlander, vocalist, and key instrumentalist, TORIBIO connects jazz, soul, and house from various cultures with style and grace. His speciality in sonic connections are especially tangible in his DJing. Gliding from pan-Latin club to raw electro to jazz to old-school funk, his sets are a masterclass in building energy and tension. Whether playing Boiler Room or clubs in Mexico City and Tokyo, he knows how to work a crowd with selections and transitions that are as precise as they are powerful. As a producer, his edits and originals are DJ weapons, rinsed by the likes of Gilles Peterson, Rich Medina, and Theo Parrish. His original tracks have been remixed by the likes of Louie Vega, Joe Claussell, and DJ Spinna. Known for fostering community through movement, his Brooklyn block parties (Public Service NYC) embody the spirit of New York’s dance culture while his newly formed imprint B.D.A. is quickly becoming known for bringing these vibes to vinyl. A TORIBIO show is a full-body experience— as he always says, “bring dat ass, and your feet will follow.”
