Matias Jofré is a multidisciplinary artist whose work exists at the intersection of sound, image, memory, and place. Born in Argentina and based in New York City, he has spent more than a decade cultivating spaces where electronic music, visual culture, and human connection converge. As a DJ and producer, Jofré is known for immersive sets that weave together Minimal Techno, Deep Techno, Ambient, and Deep House into slow-building narratives rich with tension, texture, and emotion. Rather than chasing trends, his approach focuses on atmosphere, creating journeys that feel equally suited to dance floors, late-night listening, and moments of introspection. He is the founder of Rite of Wednesdays and co-founder of Momentum, influential underground projects that have brought together artists, musicians, and audiences through a shared commitment to discovery and community. His productions combine field recordings, analog experimentation, and cinematic sound design, reflecting a lifelong fascination with the relationship between memory and sound. Outside of music, Jofré works as a photographer, visual artist, and researcher. His broader artistic practice explores archives, migration, collective memory, and the ways personal histories become cultural narratives. Through image, sound, and documentation, he seeks to uncover the stories hidden beneath the surface of everyday life. His work is driven by a simple idea: that art can function as both a record of experience and a catalyst for connection.Last at Dada in Mar · often with kikaii, Christina Crossin, Love Technique, none of them here that night

the whole biography
Lily Ray started her career as a musician in the early 2000s as a rock drummer in popular San Francisco bands Two Seconds and Elephone. She performed at major festivals such as SXSW and BFD, and released albums on San Francisco labels Popsmear Records and Talking House Productions. After moving to New York in 2008, Lily has continued to perform in various indie rock bands while also finding opportunities to transition her music production into the electronic music community. This evolution ultimately led her towards learning how to DJ, a logical transition after a lifetime of creating and perfecting unique rhythms. She now brings her deep, dancey DJ sets to venues around New York City, including clubs such as The Panther Room, the Tribeca Grand, TBA Brooklyn, Bizarre, Bossa Nova Civic Club, and many underground parties. She also has a monthly residency at the popular East Village club, Keybar. Lily is currently experimenting with incorporating live electronic drumming into her productions. The great-grand-niece of the artist Man Ray, she is hugely inspired philosophy and way of life presented by the Dada movement, and channels this through all of her musical pursuits.Recently at KEYBAR, LoHi · often with Shane One, Pjay, Eddie Tyler, none of them here that night
