Meet Agonis, the Swiss-based producer and DJ who emerged in 2015, known for his genre-defying sound that blends elements of techno, house, ambient, and drum & bass. He's graced notable stages around the globe, from the Labyrinth Festival in Japan to Organik Festival in Taiwan and beyond. With a career spanning over a decade, Agonis has released music on his own label Amenthia Recordings, which he co-founded with Garçon, as well as on international labels such as Midgar, Smoke Machine, Kynant, and Traumgarten. Patrick Russell is a true veteran of the US underground, perhaps one of the last unsung heroes of a now lost era in the Midwest. A genuine sonic storyteller, he magically transforms the diaspora of acid, pure jack energy, and hints of IDM into a deep, fluent sonic dialog that never fails to devastate both minds and dance floor. A Detroit-bred DJ, artist, and producer active since the early 90's, Patrick has now made New York City his home. Perhaps best known as a key figure in the legendary No Way Back parties, his ability to weave intensely unique, long-format narratives has earned him critical acclaim and repeat performances at Japan’s Labyrinth festival, Berghain, Unsound, and DEMF/Movement. Patrick has also been steadily building a strong catalog of high-profile productions to compliment his increasingly varied, hypnotic, and in-demand DJ sets; his recent 3-track remix EP on The Bunker New York also marks his induction as an official resident DJ at the long-running Brooklyn party. His consummate taste and disciplined execution have created a respect that cannot be purchased. Born Wellington New Zealand. Started mixing around 1980 after being influenced by the (Italo)disco scene in The Hague. Professional DJ career started in 1990 with squat and club parties in The Hague. Got an installment in LA D.S. club in The Hague in 1992 until 1996 to DJ weekly House, Garage & Disco on Sunday nights. Appeared inbetween on several local parties and clubs. Ever since 1994 weekly guest DJ for regional pirate radio stations together with I-f and crew. (Trend FM, Radical Radio) Since 1999 till now active as DJ in the European clubcircuit (Panorama Bar Berlin, Barcelona, Paard Den Haag , Melkweg Amsterdam , Moscow, Dublin, Glasgow, Madrid, Geneva, Munich etc.) First record produced in 1994 as Silverstream for Top Secret records (TS-004) Started The Parallax Corporation together with I-F in 1998 and produced the clubhit 'Lift Off (Viewlexx V12/5) followed up by the Cocadisco series (Viewlexx V12/10, V12/11, V12/12 & V12/16) The Cocadisco Album (2-LP/CD) later appeared on Disko B. Involved in The Parallax Corporation remix for Jolly Music's-Radio Jolly (Sony) Adult.'s-Hand to Phone (Clone), Ganymed's-Music Takes Me Higher (Sabotage) and Japanese Telecom remix on Detroit's Intuit Solar Records. Last vinyl production as The Conservatives (2003) together with I-F. Since the first days a regular mixer on The Cybernetic Broadcasting System (2002 till now). Electric is the only way to describe Andi’s sets. The NYC-based DJ, producer, and SYNTHICIDE label/party boss constructs a dynamic and intoxicating flow that’s always palpable between the walls of the foggy, neon-lit dancefloor. Parts sleaze and sultry, Andi’s aesthetic is body music based, thriving on the delivery of the groove and the bombastic highs of a track’s apex. As a devotee of distinct sounds such as EBM, new beat, Italo, freestyle and housey 90s elements, her sets reflect her deep vinyl collection: diverse, yet focused, and completely one-of-a-kind. Her own productions aim to challenge the expectations within the confines of traditionally masculine dance genres. With bassline-heavy grooves and a conceptual emphasis on storytelling with samples taken from long-forgotten erotic thrillers and seedy sci-fi films, Andi adds a wry yet delicate touch to machine music. As the boss of SYNTHICIDE—the internationally known party, label and event series—Andi has cultivated the dark underground scene for over a decade in Brooklyn. SYNTHICIDE started at the notorious club in Bushwick, Bossa Nova Civic Club, where the party still holds a monthly residency.
