Marcel Fengler: A Visionary of Modern Techno Marcel Fengler has been quoted as “one of the finest techno DJs” (Resident Advisor), earning international recognition for his “well-crafted body of production work” (FACT) and the unique, “multi-faceted personality” (Electronic Beats) he brings to his craft. For almost three decades, Fengler has developed a versatile and dynamic DJing style, making him one of the first resident DJs at Berlin’s legendary Berghain / Panorama Bar in 2005. Known for his ability to shift pace, atmosphere, and energy in response to the dance floor, he seamlessly moves between industrial-drenched hardness, broken beats, gloomy dubs, and melodic grooves. His early releases on Ostgut Ton and Mote Evolver paved the way for his debut album, Fokus (2013), a statement of intent filled with emotional depth and unexpected contrasts. These influences manifest themselves in further own projects, which he combined in 2018 under his other artist profile AZUR. In 2011, Fengler launched his imprint, Index Marcel Fengler (IMF), a label dedicated to his timeless techno vision while serving as a platform for emerging talent. This philosophy took on new dimensions in 2024 with the launch of ‚KISHIKAN’, an event series combining elements of his ‘IMF label showcases’, ‘Marcel Fengler Invites’ events and the newly established HARDPROOF VA project. With KISHIKAN, Fengler contiznues to push boundaries, creating a fresh space for artistic innovation and musical exploration. As a DJ and producer, Marcel Fengler stands for imposing surprises and the appeal of variety. For him, techno is both unconditional passion as well as an essential part of his identity. He’s not bound to a linear or one-dimensional sound, instead, he’s constantly seeking for new ways to express his emotional storytelling skills. His willingness to challenge himself and to stay curious, while establishing changes as his secret persistence, is showing his true vision of techno which makes Marcel Fengler to one of the today’s most exciting electronic artists in these days.Their RA profile lists Ostgut Ton, Coincidence Records, Mote-Evolver, IMF and 4 more.often with Inverse Element, Skungal, Viscerale, none of them here that night

In recent years, Amotik has expanded his artistic scope. He launched AMTK+, a sub-label providing a platform for like-minded artists with a shared musical vision. He also collaborated with Answer Code Request on a bass-heavy record for Delsin, giving both artists space to explore their UK and breaks roots. Most recently, he showcased a lighter side with select house sets at Panorama Bar in Berlin, Merge in New York, and Radion in Amsterdam. His touring schedule has taken him to iconic venues such as Berghain, Fold, De School, and Khidi, while he maintains residencies at the revered Goethebunker in Essen and Pax-Romana in Amsterdam. Alongside notable releases on labels like 47, BPitch, and Figure, Amotik's critically acclaimed albums Vistār and Patanjali have further cemented his reputation as a visionary producer, earning praise from Mixmag and Groove Magazine. 2025 marks the 10th anniversary of his self-titled imprint - not just a milestone, but a testament to perseverance, proving that consistency, dedication, and staying true to one’s sound can shape a lasting career in an ever-evolving scene. Having cut his teeth over the last decade coming up through Brooklyn’s warehouse scene, NYC-based Auspex has solidified himself as a regular fixture and contributor to its underground techno community, a DJ, producer, label boss and tireless organizer very much at home in the city's vibrant queer nightlife scene. Having made regular appearances over the years at such legendary parties like The Bunker, Merge and Unter, he soon found himself at the helm of the transcendent party ALTÆR when Basement emerged onto the club-scape. Now six years running, ALTÆR has become known for its immersive and music-driven line-ups, pulling the together some of the world’s best international techno and house talents. He’s also made frequent appearances in Berlin at venues like RSO , Griessmuehle and most recently Berghain, as well as appearances at underground functions like Pornceptual, Gegen and STAUB. Most recently, he launched his own techno imprint Templum to showcase his production work and some of the hottest and most prolific producers of hypnotic and raw techno working in the industry today. With a healthy and robust release calendar already in the pipeline, Templum is poised to become a major source of dance floor fire power in the months and years ahead. Musically, Auspex conjures techno as a space of collective hypnosis—with sets that move with fluid precision and driving percussion through intergalactic expanses, leading dancers through spiraling grooves and sensory depth, shaping an experience that’s equal parts body ritual and psychedelic voyage. As a classically-trained multi-instrumentalist and songwriter, his compositions are in infused with narrative tension and a rambunctious mischief, driving dance floors to bedlam and then back again.Their RA profile lists Soma Records, Diffuse Reality, Whirlwind Trax, Oath and 2 more.Last at BASEMENT in Mar · often with Ne/Re/A, Juana, Boris, none of them here that night
