London-born, Atlanta-raised, and Brooklyn-based, J.N.R. grounds her obsession with digging and curation in a deep respect for club culture and endless hours spent on the dancefloor. Her sound sits at the crossroads of uk bass, prog, and tech house, with moments of meditative introspection and energetic exuberance doled out in equal measure. Classically trained for 15 years, J.N.R. brings both precision and playfulness to her sets, infusing foundational influences with fresh energy. She’s played at a number of notable venues in BK and beyond, including Elsewhere, H0L0, and Kater, and has graced the decks for respected NYC institutions like ReSolute and Ladies on Wax. J.N.R. sets traverse genres and are rooted in the raw expression of the 90s & early 00s: bumpy UKG, spacey prog, techy rollers, choppy breaks, and heady bass are all on the table.Recently at Trans-Pecos, Xpizza, Jupiter Disco · often with Gigi Rio, Remniqe, Samuel Pojer, none of them here that night

Under her pseudonym Vibeiana, she moves between house, disco, electronic, and techno with the singular musicality and deep focus associated with the New York house tradition. Since her debut in 2022, she's become a fixture of her city's creative scene, effortlessly connecting the underground club and high fashion circuits. Vibeiana's diligence to her craft, musical curiosity, and quietly captivating presence make for dance floor experiences you'll want to replay again and again. For her forthcoming work with Non-Friction Records, Angel draws from drum'n'bass, garage, IDM, and further strains of Black electronic music and imbues them with smoky, subtly complex vocal phrasing and airy harmonies.Last at Virgo in Apr · often with America Rose, Matt FX, Kristos, none of them here that night
