His sound is raw and moody, balancing hypnotic repetition with subtle experimental pressure. Working in the 137–143 BPM range, 3JJJ brings a steady, immersive force behind the decks — building tension with stripped-back rhythms and loops that twist, shift, and refuse easy resolution. BASH ( wph - Nîmes ) Passionné depuis tout petit par la musique, c'est grâce à l'influence familiale que son univers musical commença à voir le jour. Rythmé dans un premier temps par le son groovy de la jazz-soul-funky music , il évoluera naturellement ensuite vers le hip-hop et le rythm'n'blues (rnb!) Mais c'est en 2002 et grâce aux premières sorties en clubs que tout changea. Tout d'abord il s'intéressa à l'electro/house trés club mais sa curiosité le poussa à un son plus underground , plus techno et par la suite plus minimal..... Influencé par les plaques tournantes que sont Berlin, Detroit , Londres, ... il prend aujourd'hui un malin plaisir à mélanger cette techno , house , avec ces sonorités minimales et un son toujours autant groovy... 2008 est le début d'une nouvelle ère avec son intégration dans l'association WOH (wayofhouse) et ses premières soirées... il fait ses armes dans les clubs de la régions aux côtés de Bastien Grine, Rodriguez JR, Kolombo, Greg Delon, Tom Pooks, Citizain Kain, ... 2009 Lancement de WOHLab Records, label dont il s'occupe de la communication ! 2010 Il devient indépendant ,et aspire toujours à faire connaître sa vision de la HOUSE MUSIC moderne , chaleureuse et groovy , au travers de ses dj set endiablés ... ! Born in Philadelphia Gino Lightner began his career in 1989 with 5th World Records.After signing a 7 year contract with the premature House label which featured US producers George Clinton + Bootsy Collins, he released the track 'No More War'.Unhappy with the role as vocalist he focused on his skills as a dj promoting the underground Dutch labels with several weekly 6 hour sets & B2B cyphers at various Clubs& radio stations. Shortly afterwards he became Dj for Lower East Side Records club Subtopia(Holland's first exclusive House /Afterhour) with Jeff Porter & Jeroen Flamman(Fierce Ruling Diva). Soon the Subtopia crew began booking other American DJs like Eddie Flashin Fowlkes,Ms Monney Penny,Josh Wink and helped introduce Keoki, Juan Atkins, Stacey Pullen and Derrick May into the Dutch House scene.Currently Dj Gino is ready for a second wave of inspirational encounters in Europe after living for the last 10 years in NYC, working with some of the pioneers of the NYC scene(Louie Vega,B.Cox,Foremost Poets). During his 12 year stay in Holland he has collaborated with many artists, producers,radio stations, organizers, labels, as well as teaching many Djs the fine art of mixing vinyl. Transcending all styles & cliques Dj Gino's goal of bringing people together thru House Music was instrumental in helping the European scene grow into the international epicenter of Electronic Dance Music we've all have come to know , love & respect.
