Leg Room have individually been playing records in their own homes and private parties for years. The two have a wide range of tastes and neither like being boxed into one category. The pandemic forced them into a situation where they were living together where they realized their collections provide a nice balance to each other. Leg Room was born out of a passion for creating space for friends to dance since that's what Leg Room are, friends. In the second half of 2023 they were given a residency at Outer Heaven in Manhattan, NY and moved the party outside of private spaces and into the club. Over the past decade, the New York-based artist has quietly amassed a loyal following through expansive DJ sets that defy genre & style - a testament to his deep crates and skilled mixing. Originally from Singapore, Marco co-runs the Darker Than Wax record label & is a weekly resident on The Lot Radio in Brooklyn. Coming out of a busy 2024, with mixes / features on Resident Advisor (“a true digger’s delight”), DJ Mag and XLR8R (“a mix that’ll suck you in wherever you are”), he’s hit a stride with appearances across the US / Europe and Asia at clubs and parties like Nowadays (NYC), Public Records (NYC), Wonderfruit Festival (Thailand), Dimensions Festival (Croatia), Rhythm Section (London), Potato Head (Bali). Marco explores old and new underground styles in the spirit of educating and entertaining dancers, unafraid to jump between Obscure Disco to 90s House, Detroit Techno to Jungle, you’ll have to come along for the ride to hear what’s next.
