    their own biography

    the whole biography
Drawing from Detroit’s foundational influence and the darker edges of contemporary European club music, she crafts immersive, tension-driven sets built on heavy percussion, layered textures, and driving low-end energy. Her approach to DJing centers on narrative and atmosphere, creating long-form journeys where tracks dissolve into one another through mounting pressure and cathartic release. Originally developing her craft in Boston through close collaboration with the INFRA collective, KXAH became deeply involved in the underground DIY circuit before relocating to New York City. During that time, she co-founded the Aversion event platform and label, helping build collaborative events and releases alongside collectives and artists from across the US and Europe, including Detroit Techno Militia, BCCO, Maison Fauna, and Uncoiled. Though no longer involved with the platform, the experience helped shape her approach to underground culture, collaboration, and independent artist infrastructure. Beyond the club, KXAH’s work extends deeply into experimental listening culture and interdisciplinary curation. Previously curating for Silence Please, a high-fidelity speaker building company and immersive listening showroom in New York, where she programmed and hosted experimental ambient sessions centred around intentional listening and sound system culture. Working within the showroom’s acoustically focused environment, she curated performances and listening experiences featuring artists such as Neel, Function, Amelia Holt, Amma Atteria and other experimental live performers, vinyl selectors, and sound artists. The series explored the intersection of ambient music, spatial sound, psychoacoustics, and deep listening, reflecting KXAH’s ongoing interest in the emotional and physical impact of sound beyond the dancefloor. Her independently curated “Fight Club” events further expanded this community-driven approach. Hosted inside a fighting gym under the motto “Fighters Not Lovers,” the series created a platform highlighting female and multidisciplinary creatives, fostering collaboration between DJs, visual artists, designers, performers, and emerging talent within underground communities. As a performer, KXAH has appeared at influential venues and underground institutions across New York, Detroit, Minneapolis, and the East Coast, including Basement, Paragon, Marble Bar, Bossa Nova Civic Club, Good Room, Refuge, and Leland City Club. She has also performed at festivals including The Great Beyond and Techtoit. In March 2026, KXAH released “The State Of The Mind” through Amsterdam-based label and collective Donker as part of the compilation DNKRVA004, a release featuring female artists from across the international underground electronic scene, with proceeds supporting breast cancer awareness and research initiatives in the Netherlands. • estro

“As a lifelong musician, Estro has always explored the visceral aspects of sound.”

    their own biography

    the whole biography
As a lifelong musician, Estro has always explored the visceral aspects of sound. From a young age, her interest in sonics manifested in a boundless desire for experimentation. With a background in jazz music as a trumpet player since childhood, Estro’s experiences with improvisation and performance on the stage found their way to the DJ booth. Her fervent, intense passion for expression and movement finds its way into textural, spine-tingling production and jacking, sweaty, sexy sessions on the dancefloor. Outspoken, driving, and deep, Estro's performances and sets often feel like a manifesto of sorts, rolling and driving tension to its limit and pushing the envelope for New York's musical landscape. Estro's musical explorations have led her to digging through the deep, rich history of techno & house, blending timeless, smashing deep cuts with some of the genre's newest, most novel offerings. Her philosophy of maintaining digging culture leads to an eclectic, potent, and deeply rooted sound, prepared to be pushed into a futuristic and forward-thinking direction. Serene, jazzy, atmospheric selections of deep house, minimal, and dub techno are intertwined with driving, thumping peak-hours techno & trance. Estro uses her ever-expanding knowledge of her selections to captivate the dancefloor and continue to expand the capabilities of sound. As the founder of Orchidance, her new event series and personal project, Estro seeks to take her explorations of dance music and its surrounding culture into a more intentional and inclusive space. She hopes to continue creating a space for serenity and self-discovery, with an eclectic and personal curation of artists and collaborators from her ever-expanding rolodex of talent local and abroad. In the coming years, Estro hopes to continue to expand the capabilities for Orchidance to be a place of rejuvenation, enrichment, and exploration for New York's music community.

  • SENAIDA

Toronto, Canada · 34 bookings since Aug 2023

“SENAIDA is a transdisciplinary artist, producer, and DJ rooted in the underground scenes of New York and Berlin.”

    their own biography

    the whole biography
SENAIDA is a transdisciplinary artist, producer, and DJ rooted in the underground scenes of New York and Berlin. Their practice moves across club music, sound design, and experimental performance, always anchored by a clear focus on experimentation, inclusivity, and forward motion on the dancefloor. Their sound is bold, imaginative, and driving, with high-energy, hybrid, and genre-defying sets that draw from a wide range of contemporary and classic influences. Their musical foundation is grounded in years of classical training as a concert pianist at the Royal Conservatory of Music, which informs both their technical control and their understanding of harmony and phrasing. Alongside this, SENAIDA trained as a sound engineer under Grammy Award–winning producers at NYU’s Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music, developing a detailed approach to tone, dynamics, and mix architecture. This combination of formal training and hands-on studio work shapes the way they build DJ sets, original productions, and sound installations. SENAIDA’s innovative debut album, KUNST KAPUTT, won the international AI Creative Future Award 2026 and was featured in MixMag Asia. The project reflects their interest in the relationship between human expression, machine systems, and contemporary club aesthetics, positioning them as a pioneer within a growing wave of artists working at the intersection of electronic music, technology, and art. Recognized as one of Asian Tones’ “Ones to Watch 2026,” SENAIDA has already established a strong international footprint. They have toured in over 25 countries, including the USA, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands, Greece, China, Colombia, France, Belgium, Thailand, and India, bringing their sound to a wide range of clubs, festivals, and independent spaces. These experiences continue to inform their approach to pacing, intensity, and context across different dancefloors. In addition to their solo work, SENAIDA is the founder of WE ARE THE FUTURE!, a collective and label dedicated to spotlighting future-facing underground artists and communities across the globe. They have built their sound as a resident DJ at XPIZZA and Groundless Factory, using these platforms to test new material, support emerging talent, and build long-term relationships with local scenes. Their presence also extends to independent radio, with guest mixes on stations such as Refuge Worldwide, Operator Radio, No Signal, and Baihui. Across these appearances, SENAIDA showcases both club-focused sets and more exploratory selections, highlighting the breadth of their listening and curation as a cyberfeminist scholar and archivist.
