the whole biography
Romanian with a stop in Scandinavia for 4 years, Dragoș’ artistic make up stands out among his peers. You've probably seen him playing at your favorite festivals and parties across the world. Based in Bucharest, he landed some residencies in key places that shape and define the local scene, like Club Guesthouse and more recently, Platforma Wolff. His passion for digging forges an eclectic and ever expanding record collection that spans across many genres and styles, from ambient to experimental world music, from house and techno to breaks, trance and electro, bridging the gap between different scenes. In 2023, he released his first solo EP as Dilly Bombastik on his label collaboration with Prichindel - Tonomat Records. His evolving nature and curiosity have also led to him producing music for art installations, film scores, and doing live performances for art exhibitions.Their RA profile lists Stomping Grounds, Playedby and Tonomat Records.Recently at 96 Morgan Ave, Apollo Studio · often with Prichindel, Bruno Gervais, Mark Dumitrescu, none of them here that night

“Connie Yin has been a major contributor to New York City’s underground electronic scene for almost 20 years.”
their own biography
the whole biography
Connie Yin has been a major contributor to New York City’s underground electronic scene for almost 20 years. With a deep fluid mix of forward thinking 4/4 styles and a defined rhythmic sensibility that flows from her alter egos as a thumping rock drummer and newbie bass player, Connie is a steady crowd favorite and an accomplished pro who always brings the goods. Whether it is as resident DJ for ReSolute, one of the world’s hottest itinerant underground parties, or on the road touring from Brazil to Dubai, Connie’s aptitude and vigorous devotion to her craft have earned her turns alongside a litany of techno’s best. Connie uses her own success to inspire others to enter the world of DJing. To date she has privately trained 15 students. Connie has been producing electronic music since 2009, under the ‘Constar’ moniker as well as Connie Yin, with a dozen releases available digitally and on vinyl, under labels such as Bedrock Records. Currently, she is producing with long time friend Karina Chaczabian as C&K, with recent vinyl releases; and J Gabriel, on various projects. Connie’s love for music spans beyond electronic music; for the last 20 years, Connie has always been involved with at least one band at all times. Current live music projects include songwriting and drumming with post punk band Jilted Lover; playing bass guitar with rock/punk band Bricklip; creating techno synthpop in synth & machine heavy band Chic Choc; and playing keyboards and drums in Bover Cand - an 80s cover band....and also making music videos, her newfound passion. Connie also enjoys romantic strolls on the beach, candlelit dinners, and cuddling.Their RA profile lists Bedrock Records, Airdrop Records, NOSI Music, Jyre Records and 3 more.Recently at Dada, Apollo Studio, KEYBAR · often with Amy Jor, KANZE, Maksim, none of them here that night
