Born and raised in New Jersey, Junior first cut his teeth at some of the hottest clubs in NYC and it was here that he meticulously perfected his craft to become one of the most in-demand DJs in the music industry. His relentless work ethic and innovative, forward-thinking style has attracted attention & respect from his peers and major artist's alike Junior’s catalogue is almost overwhelmingly impressive, with releases on some of dance music's most established labels including Defected, Relief, Mad Tech Records, Circus, Strictly Rhythm, Nervous, Snatch, recordings to name a few. Jackson Walker is a San Francisco based DJ with an appreciation for music of all shapes and sizes. He grew up burning CD’s of his favorite songs into a catalog of mixtapes which evolved to the extensive library of playlists he dips into for his sets today. His love of sharing this collection of sounds with others led to DJing his own parties at his apartment in Russian Hill to the disdain of his neighbors. Determined to keep making people dance, he united with like minded individuals to create RINSED SF, and later Locator Records, throwing sonically diverse parties at unique locations across San Francisco. With a sharp ear for detail, Jackson takes inspiration from his environment and the crowd on any given night to deliver sets ranging from hypnotic techno grooves and percussive house beats to older funk/disco records. bad tuner arrived to Brooklyn, New York in 2015 and since then has been working by day in a light laboratory developing a synthetic replacement for the sun. His evenings are spent in his studio, collaborating with musicians all around the world - using language as a means of transcending time and place.
