    their own biography

    the whole biography
In a genre seemingly obsessed with revisiting the past, Âme look firmly to the future of dance music. Driven toward continual evolution since they started making tracks in 2001, the German duo of Frank Wiedemann and Kristian Beyer have challenged club-goers’ expectations with their conceptually driven and uniquely visceral music. Now over 15 years into their career together, their deep understanding of the clubbing landscape and each other’s strengths allows Âme to stay innovative and relevant in a swiftly paced genre. And as primary partners of the Innervisions label/collective with Dixon, the pair continue to foster the future of house with carefully selected releases, all-encompassing live events, and even their own boutique shop that solidifies the connection between the artists and their admirers. Wiedemann and Beyer first crossed paths in 2000 at the latter's record shop, Plattentasche, in their hometown of Karlsruhe. Bonding over Chicago house, Detroit techno and much else besides, the duo began producing seminal releases for Sonar Kollektiv in 2003. Eager to not repeat themselves, Âme shattered their established sound in favor of a nimble, compositional approach that birthed their club-conquering single, "Rej", and introduced them on the world stage. One could understand if Âme had just pursued the sound that brought them such acclaim. Yet the pair have never rested on their laurels, continuously folding experimental sounds and their deconstructed take on classical composition into singles and remixes built for delighting dancers. From the waltzing proto-techno of "Fiori" to ruminating deep house cut “Rrose Selavy”, they’ve made music for the mind and body with each release. Âme are also known for crafting emotional anthems, strumming at your heartstrings with their cinematic single “Tatischeff” and their glowing and nearly ubiquitous remix of “Howling”. The pair will further expand their sound on their long-awaited debut album. Âme are just as multifaceted when translated to the live arena: What you’ll hear depends on which configuration of Âme is in your city that night. Kristian is the veteran globe-trotting DJ, while Frank, more a creature of the studio, performs dynamic live sets and these days covers just as many miles. Recently the duo have intertwined their DJ and live sets as Âme II Âme, dissolving the boundaries between these formats to deliver peerless experiences that make the most of their respective abilities. Together and apart they frequent the booths and stages of the world’s top clubs and festivals, carrying the Âme sound far and wide. As the core of Innervisions alongside Dixon, the duo translate their forward-thinking approach across the collective’s various arms. The imprint is known for its rigorous quality control, releasing only a handful of records per year, each encased in sumptuous packaging featuring collaborations with established visual artists. Beyer and Dixon provide the label's A&R direction, inviting select musicians – such as veterans like Laurent Garnier, Agoria, and Marc Houle and rising stars Recondite, Rampa, and Trikk – to accompany family members Henrik Schwarz, Marcus Worgull, Tokyo Black Star, and Culoe De Song. Innervisions even handles its own physical and digital distribution, forgoing traditional channels and the pitfalls accompanying them. The group stays connected with their large fanbase with their online/brick-and-mortar shop, MTN Muting The Noise, whose tightly curated offerings of records, clothes, and other items provides the fullest expression of the Innervision aesthetic. They even take their particular perspective on the road, through both their own Temporary Secretary booking agency and their immersive Lost In A Moment parties thrown in unexpected settings. Refusing to step back from the leading-edge or compromise on their exacting standards, Âme remain at the forefront of electronic music.
Their RA profile lists Ostgut Ton, Innervisions and Life and Death.

  • Dixon

Berlin, Germany · 10 bookings since Sep 2023

“As a DJ, he cuts a striking figure behind decks, rising from Berlin beginnings among the original pioneers of electronic music.”

    their own biography

    the whole biography
As a DJ, he cuts a striking figure behind decks, rising from Berlin beginnings among the original pioneers of electronic music. Over a career, he has evolved his sound into something visionary, running renowned record label Innervisions with Frank Wiedemann and Kristian Rädle of Ȃme. His ear for the perfect mix eventually brought down Resident Advisor’s Top DJs Poll, after taking out first place for its last four years running. However, Dixon’s ambition has driven a calling into wider fields of fashion and technology, expanding what it means to be a contemporary innovator. Early on, a young Dixon was already remixing for the likes of Femi Kuti with his version of “Victim of Life” in 2000. His reputation as a remixer sprung out of edits hidden within his sets, adjusting tracks to give his own mixing an edge. Dixon’s edits were for himself, but became infamously in demand for friends and high profile artists, with takes on The XX’s “Tides” and Disclosure’s “Boiling” in 2013. Major recognition came in 2017 when Depeche Mode asked him to remix their iconic anthem “Cover Me”, and the following year reworking LCD Soundsystem’s “i used to”. Recently, Dixon’s 2019 interpretation of Kelsey Lu’s “Why Knock For You” revealed his genre-bending take on today’s dance music. Translating this view into running Innervisions earned success from creating constellations within the label’s universe. To distribute their carefully crafted sound, Muting The Noise came to be in 2010. Dixon remains key in their music selection, always saving unreleased tracks to bump his own sets above the rest. Throwing parties from Innervisions’ essence led to Lost In A Moment forming as an events agency. Leaving no trace behind, offbeat locations are prioritised as the backdrop for the label’s otherworldly showcases. To gather other like-minded artists, a booking agency Temporary Secretary was born in 2017, where Dixon still sits among an impressive roster of talent. However, his holistic interest in nightlife culture meant pushing the clubbing envelope further. In 2017, he co-founded fashion label Together We Dance Alone, with its creative director Ana Ofak. The brand’s vision translates clubwear into the digital age and gazes at a future melded with machines. All designs are co-created with collaborators and friends in unique capsule drops, linked by the core concept of layering. Dixon’s fashion conscience has since synced up with some of the best in the industry. He was asked to provide soundtracks for four seasons of Riccardo Tisci’s Givenchy runway shows and in 2018 was handpicked as a muse for Virgil Abloh’s first season of Louis Vuitton’s Men’s. In 2018 Dixon even caught the eye of video game giant Rockstar. A 3D-mapped Dixon mixed his way into the Grand Theft Auto V 2018 expansion pack GTA Online: After Hours. Sparking his interest in the digital, he became the first of four DJs to enter virtual reality for players to choose as a soundtrack to their online nightclub. With these projects building up a layered approach to clubbing, Dixon set to work on his technology platform Transmoderna i n 2019. Its concept co-exists as a physical and digital space for music, art, fashion, technology and club culture to overlap. Now, as an established sphere for creatives of mixed disciplines, Transmoderna has moved its Ibiza event space from Pacha Ibiza to DC-10. Amidst COVID-19, Transmoderna’s online persona expanded with an immersive mixed reality stream for Boiler Room, with Dixon now set to take the venture even further into undefined club territory online. Using music to melt through other art forms, Dixon’s strength is found in his transcendent dancefloor moments. Echoed in a flawless aesthetic, his performances feel both safe and unpredictable, with this singular sense of balance seeing his global appeal widen year after year.

    their own biography

    the whole biography
Bedouin is an American-based music production and DJ partnership consisting of Tamer Malki and Rami Abousabe. Together they share a broad sonic vision that pulls from their diverse influences owing to their Middle Eastern heritage, Western upbringing, and worldly travels. As musicians, singers, songwriters, and multi-instrumentalists, they've pioneered a distinctive and timeless sound that has connected with crowds from all corners of the world. Their sophisticated productions are featured on some of the world’s most notable labels such as Crosstown Rebels, Get Physical, All Day I Dream, and recently their own imprint - Human By Default. Select major label releases include remixes for Black Coffee and Virgil Abloh on Ultra and Sony/Universal. They have called Burning Man home since 2012, making it their cultural, social, and musical experimentation playground for nearly a decade. Burning Man became a creative refuge and gave them the freedom to take a new musical approach. Being in a place that exposed them to new experiences, sounds, and feelings, they began carving a new sound that connects emotions and celebrates cultures around the world. It travels through time, telling stories rich with history but still with space for the future. Their time spent at Burning Man has been integral for the musical movement that is Bedouin. As some even say, "Bedouin...they are a genre on their own." The duo was featured twice on BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix, once in 2016 and again in 2020, with four hours of all-original productions and remixes. In 2017, they earned the Essential New Tune title for their revered remake-cover of Pink Floyd’s “Set Control For The Heart Of The Sun” which was personally blessed by Pink Floyd's drummer Nick Mason. 2017 also marked the inception of the duo's weekly Ibiza residency and event concept, Saga, which quickly cemented itself as one of the island's most sought-after weekly parties, earning the 2019 award for "Best Night In Ibiza" by the DJ awards. They wrapped up 2017 by being named “Breakthrough artists of the year” by Mixmag. 2018 was another landmark year for the duo as they made their debut at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in the US along with a series of European tours which included performances at major festivals like Tomorrowland and International Music Summit. Their European tour also included playing at some of Ibiza’s most iconic venues and events such as Circoloco at DC-10, Amnesia, Ushuaïa, and Hï Ibiza. Upon completion of their tour, they began a residency at Wynn Las Vegas, becoming one of the first underground acts to gain such status, as well as at Scorpios in Mykonos. Followed by a slew of original releases, 2020 marked the launch of their record label Human By Default with their Whistleman EP, which was featured on Forbes. Since its inception in 2017, Bedouin’s Ibiza residency, Saga, quickly cemented itself as one of the island’s most revered parties, celebrated by locals and visitors alike.[1] In 2017, Guy Laliberté handpicked Bedouin to helm Sunday nights at his HEART nightclub in Ibiza over the summer. Quickly establishing themselves as one of the island’s most compelling acts, the first season of their avant-garde SAGA residency was hailed as “one of the most successful season residency debuts of all time” by Pete Tong. Additional SAGA installments soon followed with the North American debut of the popular event series in their hometown of Brooklyn in December 2017 as well as in Miami during Miami Music Week in February 2018. Invited back to host a second consecutive season at the landmark Ibiza nightclub, Bedouin again presented an impeccably curated and diverse selection of some of the world’s most sought-after artists alongside their signature production and performers.

Within just a few years Caillet, a DJ, producer, multi‑instrumentalist, has become one of  dance’s most vitalizing forces. In 2024 alone she logged tens of thousands of miles playing sets  and curating global communities with SMIILE, her queer‑centered club night. From playing  B2Bs with Jamie xx to closing the terrace at Ibiza’s Circoloco with Kylie Minogue in attendance,  Chloé Caillet has become your favorite pop star’s DJ, your favorite DJ’s DJ, soon to be your  favorite, too. A musician first, Caillet brings her near‑perfect pitch to the decks. She mixes in key, thinks in  textures and tonalities—fifths, thirds—and instinctively knows the sounds that will mesh  together best. Always at least three steps ahead of the track, she creates fine musical details  within her sets, setting up perfect harmonies on the fly. Her layering is subtle, but if you lean  closer you her years of classical study; her background in improvisational jazz. their own biography

    the whole biography
A globally respected and highly accomplished artist, label boss at the seminal Hot Creations, founder and curator of the worldwide Paradise event series and member of cross-genre band Hot Natured, Jamie Jones has achieved iconic status in the electronic music world. A trendsetter and seasoned tastemaker, the Welsh dance music superstar pioneered his own distinct sound, drawing on his deep knowledge and experience to cultivate DJ sets that weave through a range of diverse, complementary styles selected to energise and enchant the dance floor. Jamie began to make a name for himself when he became immersed in the infamous East London warehouse party scene in the mid-00s; T-Bar, Kubicle, The End, fabric and many more influential spaces allowed him to make his mark on the city’s scene. Away from the capital, another pivotal outpost was Ibiza, where he spent consecutive summers working and DJing. Jamie’s hard work led to him becoming an integral part of the island and Europe’s music scene. In 2010 he landed a residency at DC-10 for Monday’s world-famous Circoloco day parties. The following year he was voted World’s No.1 DJ in Resident Advisor’s annual poll, remaining in the top 20 until the polls ended in 2017. Jamie has also notched up notable positions in DJ Mag’s coveted DJ charts: No. 68 on their 2020 Top 100 and No. 8 on the outlet’s Alternative Top 100, becoming the highest ranking house DJ in the world. He also appeared in the Top 50 of Billboard’s respected Top 100 list in 2018 and 2019, cementing his place as one of the world’s most respected selectors. In 2013 he launched one of Ibiza’s most popular parties, Paradise, at DC-10. After eight seasons at the club Jamie announced Paradise would be moving to Amnesia in 2021. Over the years the Paradise brand has hosted sell-out shows all over the world, partnering with like minded brands and festivals including The Warehouse Project, Printworks, Tomorrowland, Club Space Miami, The Brooklyn Mirage, We Are Fstvl, BPM and Loveland. In 2017 Jamie launched his Paradise in the Park series, an open air party held in Los Angeles. After two successful sell out years Paradise in the Park will evolve into a two day mini festival in 2021. Jamie has been touring consistently since the late 00s, criss-crossing the globe to play at shows from Colombia to Japan, Moscow to Miami and Australia. His natural talent, versatility and high work ethic form the foundation of his consistent success, leading to headline slots at the world’s most prestigious electronic music venues and festivals - they include ADE, Timewarp, Coachella, Glastonbury, Burning Man, Warung Brazil, Womb Tokyo and many more. Jamie’s deep passion for music and selecting shines through with every set, his head boppin’ in that trademark style as he channels his unique energy into invigorating dance floors from Sunwaves festival in Romania to closing the main stage at EDC Vegas. In 2018 Jamie started his Las Vegas residency carving out a path for an alternative sound in Vegas, being one of the first non-EDM acts to hold an esteemed residency in the party hub. That same year Jamie expanded his extensive repertoire with the stunning Opus1 show at London’s esteemed Barbican Centre, developing an innovative classical-meets-electronic concept with Kate Simko, performing live with a 25-piece orchestra. Constantly pushing forwards, daring to experiment and diversify, while holding true to his core sound and ethos, Jamie has demonstrated his natural talent and ingenuity time and again. A committed studio hound since his very early releases Jamie invests his diverse approach to DJing, and upbeat energy, into his productions. From the highly-regarded Don’t You Remember The Future LP to the unstoppable success of his ubiquitous remix of Azari & III’s ‘Hungry For The Power’, Jamie has produced some of the biggest cuts of the last decade. In fact, that era-defining rework won Defected’s Track of the Decade in 2019, coming top after six rounds of voting and over 600,000 votes. Recent hits include his emotive, funk-drenched rework of Bob Moses ‘Enough to Believe’. His close connection with Damian Lazarus’ groundbreaking Crosstown Rebels label has provided the cornerstone of his discography, more recently showcasing his ability to traverse a number of styles with panache via his own Hot Creations label and sub-divisions, HOT TRAX and Emerald City. As a member of Hot Natured Jamie achieved mainstream success and recognition, breaking into the UK Top 40 with the now-classic ‘Benediction’, with two sold out nights at the Brixton Academy, and headline performances at Coachella and Glastonbury. To date, Jamie’s label Hot Creations has put out over 100 releases, celebrating its milestone with ‘Kooky Chords’, from Jamie himself . The label has also helped launch the careers of numerous artists such as Patrick Topping, Richy Ahmed and Detlef, who make up part of the loyal, creative family Jamie has built around him. Still working tirelessly to spread the house and techno gospel while igniting dance floors all over the world, Jamie Jones remains at the top of his game. His friendly nature, relentless drive and unwavering commitment to the music makes him one of the most respected artists in his field, cultivating a legacy of positive vibes every step of the way.

“Though Capriati has amassed an extensive and accomplished discography, there is no doubt he is a DJ first and producer second.”

    their own biography

    the whole biography
Though Capriati has amassed an extensive and accomplished discography, there is no doubt he is a DJ first and producer second. First manning the decks at just 11 years old, Capriati was a natural and soon began his journey into the footsteps of Naples techno pioneers like Marco Carola and Rino Cerrone. He learnt his craft whilst absorbing the influences of early House pioneers like Masters at Work, Todd Terry, David Morales, Danny Tenaglia, Francois K and Tedd Patterson, then first releasing his own productions (including the classic "C'est La Vie') on local labels Globox Records and Analytic Trail. By 2007, he was playing his first high profile gig to thousands of adoring, hometown fans and just one year later for Awakenings. Capriati's brand of slick and emotive techno, delivered with precision, flair and infectious energy, has become a staple highlight of the global club and festival circuit. With revered sets at the world's most high-profile events - Time Warp, Monegros Festival, Kazantip, Sonus, WMC Miami, Fabric and Berghain to name a few - Capriati has proven himself as a consistently mesmerising performer and a fans favourite. Despite the intense touring schedule, which has reached up to 150 gigs yearly, he manages to maintain a high level of focus, preparation and vigour for each set, and keeps the smile on his face throughout. The combination of his charismatic personality and ear for the perfect groove has made Joseph a torchbearer for the Italian techno sound worldwide and has brought many new fans to the genre in general. One of many important milestones in the Capriati story is a fabled residency at Marco Carola's Music On parties beginning in 2012, where Joseph first spun his memorable sets to the Amnesia main room faithful. His ongoing presence in Ibiza has also seen him play headline sets at the Amnesia opening and closing parties and major slots at DC10. Worldwide Drumcode events with Adam Beyer have long been notable dates in his calendar, as have back-to-back sets with the likes of Beyer, Carola, Tenaglia, Dave Clarke, Dubfire, Jamie Jones and Carl Cox, coast-to-coast US tours, Boiler Room with Richie Hawtin and a sold out, 12-hour marathon show in the 7000 capacity Metropolis club of his hometown. This concept eventually led to his own event brand called 100% JC. It sees venues, such as Paradiso (Amsterdam), Trade (Miami) and many more, transformed into Joseph's idea of the perfect party, with him playing all night long. Perhaps the most concrete expression a DJ can make, though, is with a commercially-released mix CD, especially for Fabric (London). Capriati mixed their 80th edition in 2015, to universal acclaim from critics and fans. As a highly versatile entertainer who feels the power of every beat, there's no surprise Capriati has excelled with such a complete, 360° vision. Since his production debut in 2007, Capriati has collaborated with, recorded for and remixed many of the biggest names in the business; labels like Hawtin's now-defunct Plus 8, Chris Liebing's CLR and Drumcode, and artists like Cari Lekebusch and Joey Beltram. His debut album 'Save My Soul' came out via Analytic Trail back in 2010 and showcased an artist confident exploring the more introspective and delicate corners of techno. His second album, 'Self-Portrait', found its home on Drumcode and stood out through a refined musicianship, one that often favoured subtle details over outright functionality. It was most evident on tracks like the ambient and breaks-influenced opener ‘Electrolytic’, or the melodic hit ‘Fratello’. It wasn't without hard-hitters though; tracks like ‘Awake’ are often the go-to for Capriati and his peers when a peak-time crowd need something bold and with extra energy. Accompanying the album was a documentary called 'Autoritratto', which gave Capriati fans a deeper insight into the personality behind the music and brought the whole project to a new level. Rubbing shoulders with many of techno's most skilled producers, and never one to rest on his laurels, starting a label was a natural next step for Capriati. The same ear that has kept his selection so fresh and adventurous for all these years turns to the A&R task for REDIMENSION Records in 2016. Joseph is constantly road-testing his own and his friends' latest demos to find the perfect formula for a killer club record, and his and Beyer's joint release 'Parallels' is the ideal place to start. The new label is just one of many reasons why Capriati remains amongst the most in-demand, well-respected and exciting artists in dance music.

“Seth Troxler is one of electronic music’s most instantly recognisable artists.”

    their own biography

    the whole biography
Seth Troxler is one of electronic music’s most instantly recognisable artists. He has carved out his own unique path as a cultural commentator, art curator, restaurateur and entrepreneur. Descended from a family of cowboys and Baptist preachers, Seth is part African-American, with a singular approach to viewing the world through the prism of contemporary music culture. Born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and raised in suburban Detroit, Seth learnt the art of DJing initially from his stepfather (then a college radio DJ) and later from working, at only 16, behind the counter in legendary Detroit record store ‘Melodies & Memories’. It wasn’t until Seth made the decision to explore new horizons in the mid-2000s, moving to Berlin fresh out of his teens (after debuting at Panorama Bar at just 18 years old), that his DJ career really took off. Since the move from Detroit to Berlin, then settling in London for a number of years, and now with his time divided between Ibiza and Berlin (Round 2), Seth has established himself as one of the world biggest DJs (voted the world’s number one DJ in scene bible Resident Advisor and gracing the front cover of Mixmag three times). He’s equally at home playing to the smoke-filled dance floors of some of the world’s most discerning nightclubs, such as CircoLoco, fabric (London), Nordstern (Basel), The Lux (Lisbon) or Blitz (Munich), as he is headlining the world’s largest festivals, like Glastonbury, Movement, Roskilde or Sonar. Right from the word go, Seth has been as passionate about food and contemporary art as he is about music, and these two interests have resonated at all points, and in parallel, to his music career. A multi faceted modern artist: he has held residencies at talismanic music institutions, run numerous record labels, and pursued his own solo recording career (including the recent ‘Play In The Dark’ collaboration with the Martinez Brothers on Crosstown Rebels, and ‘Lumartes’ that kick started CircoLoco Recordings in Summer 2021). Furthermore Seth has found the time to launch the successful Smokey Tails’ restaurant in London, to create and host his own party during the Rio Carnival, and then to stop everything and to take the time out to climb Kilimanjaro for charity. More recently Seth has focussed his creative energies on his ‘Lost Souls of Saturn’ project, alongside Phil Moffa and further opaque participants, that sits firmly at the intersection between futuristic electronica, contemporary art and technology. In 2019 Lost Souls Of Saturn presented their audio/visual installation Transmission at the Saatchi Gallery in London, after its premiere during Art Basel in Switzerland, and collaborated with the Met in New York and the Fondation Beyeler in Basel in 2021. Lost Souls Of Saturn are currently recording their second album and conducting further experiments in augmented reality and virtual reality, which will be revealed soon. Extremely well travelled, constantly searching and experiencing, Seth Troxler continues to follow his own unique path.
