Who they are
“Legs took an unconventional approach to where he is today.”
their own biography
the whole biography
Legs took an unconventional approach to where he is today. He discovered his penchant for music while studying computer science at Cal, though most of that time was spent DJing college parties and local clubs. The more he delved into the nightlife scene and the underground, the more he realized he was destined for a different sound than he could pursue in his current scene. So he took a 7 month hiatus from California and found himself in Berlin with a small studio and a laundry list of inspiration to pull from the nooks and crannies of its world-renown nightlife scene. After returning from Berlin he finished up his degree at Cal and turned to LA for the next chapter of his musical career - studying at Icon Music Collective. Sammy Legs is not confined by a specific genre. He weaves elements of house, breakbeat and halftime throughout his arrangements, peppering rhythmic switch-ups in every pocket. His textured grooves and unconventional turns offer an element of surprise to those who listen. He wants you to mingle with the brilliantly bizarre and, after listening, you do too.Their RA profile lists My Techno Weighs A Ton and Slothacid.often with ACIDMOM, none of them here that night

In 2019, baby-g’s burning daydream of commanding her own dance floor left her no option but to take a chance. Her story blends an obsession with eclectic sounds, a previous life as a trained dancer, and desire to connect. In her music, a story of determination and scratching away can be heard - it’s music that hits the spot. Today, she’s tucked into the depths of Brooklyn’s underground spaces, opening for the likes of Sammy Legs, Tony Romera, Crusy, and Daniel Neuland, co-created the enigmatic DJ collective Liminal, and delved into production, with a few demo tracks in the works. baby-g has not only carved her own niche in respected spots like the Onyx room, Elsewhere, and Silo, but her efforts also continue to strengthen the local scene through collaborations or mentoring aspiring DJs. While some DJs offer escapism, baby-g’s music is for the here and now. With her confident, smooth brushes of groove, throbbing patterns of rhythm mixed with sassy vocals, her music demands attention. baby-g sways between a mix of styles such as minimal, peak time/driving, indie dance, and ketapop, but she is consistent in holding mood. A mood that carries unmistakable coolness, yet an inviting social experience to connect, bounce, and jam together. It seems that as long as baby-g keeps dreaming, the rhythm of her journey is equally worth moving along to, just as much as her dance floors.Recently at SILO, Elsewhere, The House · often with ACIDMOM, bad jasmine, Lucia Haze, none of them here that night
“Adam's musical journey started at age sixteen playing guitar in the NY/NJ Heavy Rock Scene.”

the whole biography
Adam's musical journey started at age sixteen playing guitar in the NY/NJ Heavy Rock Scene. His love for music led him to school for recording arts while interning at various studios. With a voracious appetite and curiosity for all music genres - from Classical to Hip Hop - he eventually found his way into the electronic music scene. He felt right at home in the dark soundscapes and pulsating beats of techno combined with the psychedelic sound elements and groovy/driving bass lines. With an aggressive energetic mixing style and an insatiable hunger for all things different, tasty, and "flesh" he will always keep you moving on the dance floor! Good music is good music- it transcends styles and time. Variety is the spice of life so let's get sweaty!Recently at Bossa Nova Civic Club, The Local NY, Galo Space · often with ACIDMOM, Seisaro, Unknown Concept, none of them here that night
