DREAM stays pushing the boundaries of traditional zeitgeist, crafting stories in sound that change your perception in music with hypnotic mixing and unaplogelic blends. DREAM graces decks and clubs with sets bound to entrance. When he plays, the boundaries between DJ and listener collapse, and the room enters an erotic trance concocted by DREAM. You feel the change on the dance floor the moment he takes command. Weaving and sewing sonic tapestry from tearing bass lines and soaring synths, get ready to dissociate into a DREAM. Hailing from Miami, he touched his first set of CDJ’s. He instantly fell in love with the concept of making people move to high octane rhythms. Crafting electrifying soundscapes that transcend language. As a dreamweaver embracing a diverse spectrum of music, DREAM plays a variety of techno, EDM, ethreal beats, latin groove, electro, disco, eurodance, house, acid, dream trance, & breakbeat. DREAM quickly found success in his hometown, and after an iconic series of mixes, he decided it was time to conquer another one of Dance Music’s Capitals, New York City. Changing his stage name from ‘DREAMINSLOW’ to ‘DREAM‘ during his move, he transitioned and birthed a new persona for himself. From intimate venues to expansive stages, his time in New York has been a nonstop spiral. Even though DREAM left Miami, he hasn’t lost a single bit of the heat that carried him through. Playing his signature blends in the esteemed electronic music institutions of New York, his notoriety has exponentially grown since his arrival there. Having set up an eclectic house of ecstasy here in the United States, he now intends to embark on a journey across nations, to bring his trademark sound to begging ears and fans. DREAM remains committed to pioneering sonic landscapes, continuously redefining possibilities within electronic music.Recently at Paragon, Mood Ring, Adoro Lei · often with Muerte Lenta, Latino Drive, Alexis Jae, none of them here that night
“As a lifelong musician, Estro has always explored the visceral aspects of sound.”
their own biography
the whole biography
As a lifelong musician, Estro has always explored the visceral aspects of sound. From a young age, her interest in sonics manifested in a boundless desire for experimentation. With a background in jazz music as a trumpet player since childhood, Estro’s experiences with improvisation and performance on the stage found their way to the DJ booth. Her fervent, intense passion for expression and movement finds its way into textural, spine-tingling production and jacking, sweaty, sexy sessions on the dancefloor. Outspoken, driving, and deep, Estro's performances and sets often feel like a manifesto of sorts, rolling and driving tension to its limit and pushing the envelope for New York's musical landscape. Estro's musical explorations have led her to digging through the deep, rich history of techno & house, blending timeless, smashing deep cuts with some of the genre's newest, most novel offerings. Her philosophy of maintaining digging culture leads to an eclectic, potent, and deeply rooted sound, prepared to be pushed into a futuristic and forward-thinking direction. Serene, jazzy, atmospheric selections of deep house, minimal, and dub techno are intertwined with driving, thumping peak-hours techno & trance. Estro uses her ever-expanding knowledge of her selections to captivate the dancefloor and continue to expand the capabilities of sound. As the founder of Orchidance, her new event series and personal project, Estro seeks to take her explorations of dance music and its surrounding culture into a more intentional and inclusive space. She hopes to continue creating a space for serenity and self-discovery, with an eclectic and personal curation of artists and collaborators from her ever-expanding rolodex of talent local and abroad. In the coming years, Estro hopes to continue to expand the capabilities for Orchidance to be a place of rejuvenation, enrichment, and exploration for New York's music community.Recently at H0L0, SILO, Mood Ring · often with senoritajuicy, Leafy Greens, Amy L'Nitrate, none of them here that night
