Who they are
“SKIN CONTACT takes their name from the pleasure of closeness, sweat, bodies, and the charged intimacy of underground spaces.”

the whole biography
SKIN CONTACT takes their name from the pleasure of closeness, sweat, bodies, and the charged intimacy of underground spaces. Their sound carries a raw, industrial edge, moving with precise focus toward hypnotic intensity. Through 3–4 deck mixing, they are interested in creating moments of chaos that dissolve into spaces for reorganization and potential. As founder and curator of PLAY ME TECHNO (PMT), SKIN CONTACT is a defining presence in Brooklyn’s underground, creating spaces that blur the line between rave, performance, and ritual. Through PMT, they’ve cultivated a platform for risk, experimentation, and radical connection: where sound, movement, and community converge. By merging performance art’s intensity with the pulse of the dance floor, SKIN CONTACT continues to shape a new language for nightlife in Brooklyn: one rooted in transformation, collectivity, and embodied resistance.Last at The Red Pavilion in Aug · often with OCTI, KYRUH, Cyb3r Bull, none of them here that night

New-Jersey-raised and Bushwick-based artist ATOMHEARTMOMMY was born with groove in their heart and movement in their bones. Behind the decks, their sonic explorations uncover hypnotic, driving techno and pulsating bass flavors, guiding the dance floor through an odyssey of sound. The symbiotic congruency of dance and music has always been a channel through which they derive the deepest inspiration, and their training as a performing artist allows them to bring a refreshing perspective to their sets. As an emerging artist in New York’s nightlife landscape, ATOMHEARTMOMMY’s dedication to the community and true love for the music shines through the noise.Recently at Mad Tropical, The Red Pavilion · often with KC, Big Baby Ganja (@bigbabyganja), Madre Guía, none of them here that night

“Soo Intoit began DJ'ing in 2020, when booked for a Zoom party.”
their own biography
the whole biography
Soo Intoit began DJ'ing in 2020, when booked for a Zoom party. Believing it was a drag booking, she was informed a week before that the party actually wanted her to play music for an hour. After spending lots of time going out and working as a host, and frequently mentioning the desire to be a DJ, she decided this was the time to commit. She had her beginnings (other than the aforementioned Zoom party) in intimate basement gatherings, and later on rooftops. With her job being closed at the time, she was at an advantage, and practiced very frequently. By late 2021, she was presented with her first opportunity to produce a party--which is now CRITICAL HIT. What started as a bi-weekly Wednesday party with humble attendance, evolved into an event that maintains a strong following and crowd, and now takes place once a month on the weekends. This party features a PS2 at almost every event, and sometimes operates games at other parties, showing her interests in building communities around mutual hobbies, as well as providing a unique experience in what she does. The gaming influence is reflected in her DJ sets, too. She produces Juicy Fruit, a recurring bar night with a focus on danceable music the crowd can sometimes sing along too, and Omega. Omega is her sci-fi themed dance party, which she co-produces.Recently at Paragon, Elsewhere, Market Hotel · often with Xana 101, Spiral Sisters, L4RV4, none of them here that night
