A native of Brooklyn and current resident of Queens (New York), Jovonn has been active in the music scene since the age of 10. Supported by his mother, a keyboard player; and father, a guitar/bass player, who were aspiring R&B singers; he was nurtured with a solid musical foundation. Jovonn began his career as a Hip-Hop DJ at the age of 14 and started spinning records at those infamous New York block parties of the 80s where he was introduced to the growing New York House music scene, hanging out in seminal Brooklyn clubs such as Sapphires, Club Saturn and Club Serene. Years later clubs such as The Loft, The Choice, Snobbusters and Zanzibar, solidified his full commitment to House music. Exploding onto the house scene in 1991 with his second release, “Turn and Runaway” on Warner Bros. Records, (which reached number 10 on the Billboard chart and catapulted Jovonn on to the global scene) He then went on to set up his first record label, Goldtone Records, in the early 1990’s via Emotive Records (label compilation dropped on clone last year) and since then has produced more than 500 records in the House, R&B, Hip-Hop and Neo Soul genres, not to mention film scores and soundtracks although his true love has always been House music. A pioneer of the NYC, New Jersey, 90’s house sound, he’s produced many classics with releases such as as “Back In the Dark”, “Garage Shelter”, “I Can’t Make Up My Mind”, “I Wanna Go To A Club” that all contain Jovonn’s distinctive vocal delivery and trade mark production, as the man says himself ‘gritty sounds, hard kicks, jazzy chords and a phat bassline’. Other releases in Jovonn’s impressive discography include ‘Something About this Love’ (on WestEnd Records), “The Spirit” album (on Track Mode), and the “Blaque House” album on Code Red not to mention releases on labels such as Dogmatik, Objektivity, Deeply Rooted House and Apollonia showcasing his talents to a new audience of house music lovers. Jovonn launched his new label venture Body N’Deep in 2017 via clone distribution, dedicated to releasing the hottest deep and raw underground house tracks from Jovonn and his crew of producers and vocalists including tracks from legendary artists such as Karizma, Delano Smith and Louie Vega. His album ‘Timeless’ was released on the label receiving great reviews from DJ’s and Press, showcasing Jovonn’s trademark new jersey sound. In-between running the label and DJing worldwide Jovonn has still found time to release on prestigious labels such as Nu Groove/Defected with ‘Random/Get Over It’, ‘The Blaque Katt EP’ and more recent ‘The Fun Houze EP’. All welcomed by a new generation of DJs and producers, demonstrating Jovonn’s ability to keep relevant with his classic NYC house sound and just updating it a little for today. The Body N’Deep label goes from strength to strength releasing productions from established artists and rising talents, with releases and A&R from the man himself, ensuring everything has that timeless Body N’Deep sound. Vithz è un un dj & producer, nasce a Milano nel 1996. La passione della musica nasce nel 2011 interessandosi alle prime forme del djjing grazie alla passione per l’house music del padre ,così Vithz già dalla giovane età inizia a prendere confidenza con la consolle. Dal 2011 Vithz ha iniziato la sua evoluzione musicale passando dalle pure forme dell’house music di Chicago & Detroit fino alle sfumature di deep House tra la Francia e la Germania. Possiamo definire La musica di Vithz una musica fortemente di stampo underground. In ogni traccia o durante un set Vithz riesce a trasmettere un armonia di suoni che trascinano il corpo e la mente a concentrarsi solo sulla sua musica. Dal 2013 in poi Vithz inizia a calcare i più importanti palchi dei club italiani come Fabrique, Amnesia, Magazzini Generali A Milano Foro italico, Ballroom 2017 a Roma e all’esclusivo Tarta Beach di porto rotondo in costa smeralda. Pedrose’s sets are defined by tension and movement. Blending the swing of classic NY-meets-Chicago house with the raw pulse of Miami bass and Brazilian club, he resists genre constraints but always keeps the floor in motion. Shaped by a Rio de Janeiro childhood spent absorbing bootleg Miami bass in the backseat of his uncle’s car, Pedrose’s musical education has always lived between cultures and formats. He came up DJing in Houston’s house circuit—mentored by DJ Sun and Malcolm Bravo—playing near-nightly through the pandemic. In college, he wrote his thesis on the legacy of the 808 Volt Mix in Brazilian dance music. Pedrose’s crate-digging is informed by this experience, tracing samples back to bootlegs and street-level circulation. 2025 has marked a breakout moment. He’s shared stages with Dennis Ferrer, Chloe Caillet, MU540, Nick León, Prospa, Carlita, and Patrick Mason, with standout B2Bs at Fabric (with Tommy Gold) and The EDGE NYC (with Dennis Free). He’s also brought his sound to fashion’s leading edges—DJing for Nike, New Balance, Loewe, Coperni, and Middle East Archive—and was featured in Stone Island Sound’s mix series on Apple Music. That same year, he was included in the DAZED 100 list. In NYC, he’s become a trusted selector in the underground scene. He co-founded Estúdio Junto, a collective uplifting Brazilian artists across music, design and film. Its AO VIVO party series has become a key space for diasporic club culture, hosting artists like VHOOR, Th4ys, and SIXX4SIXX and bridging baile, bass, and global underground sounds. Outside the booth, Pedrose is also a creative director and visual artist whose work spans Apple, Vogue, and Dior. Most recently, he led the creative direction for Apple’s Club Radio, a new 24/7 DJ platform, and continues to bridge design and music through his multidisciplinary studio practice.
