Eamon Harkin is one half of the partnership behind Mister Saturday Night, Mister Sunday, Planetarium and Nowadays — a constellation of projects rooted in the belief that music can bind strangers, reshape spaces and shift the way a city feels. As a DJ, producer, label owner and venue maker, he’s less concerned with genre than with the emotional temperature of a room: how sound can lift, soften, provoke or soothe. His music has been released by Fixed Rhythms, Coastal Haze, Funnuvojere, Sorry Records, Argot, Darker Than Wax, Throne of Blood and his own Mister Saturday Night Records. Born in Derry in the North of Ireland but deeply woven into New York’s musical fabric, Eamon has spent more than two decades shaping moments of togetherness. The Mister Saturday Night and Mister Sunday parties — humble at first, hosted in backyards and improvised spaces — grew into global and historical touchstones for dancers who sought connection as much as catharsis. Those gatherings eventually crystallized into Nowadays, a permanent venue built with intention: a place to listen, move and meet one another without pretense and today one of the most respected clubs in the world. At Nowadays, Eamon plays as a resident among a family of artists including Aurora Halal, Justin Carter, Ayesha, Avalon Emerson, Theo Parrish, Vladimir Ivkovic and OK Williams. With Justin, he has carried the spirit of the party across continents, bringing their warm, thoughtful approach to clubs and festivals from Perth to São Paulo. Beyond the dancefloor, Eamon and Justin also cultivate quiet. Their Planetarium series invites people to lie down among pillows and blankets, surrendering to deep listening — a reminder that music doesn’t always ask for movement; sometimes it asks for stillness. Even in its quietest forms, the work remains rooted in the shared rhythms of New York City: a place that has shaped him, and which he continues to shape in return.House on 22, Deep House on 17, Techno on 13 and Disco on 8. styles on their catalogued releasesReleased on Mister Saturday Night Records (2), Funnuvojere Records (1) and Sorry Records (1); their RA profile also lists Throne of Blood, The Wurst Music Co, On The Prowl, Argot and 2 more. labels on their catalogued releases and on their RA profileLast at Nowadays in Oct · often with Conducta, Vladimir Ivkovic, Aurora Halal, none of them here that night

Raw Unkut was born with a musical predisposition, experimenting with various instruments throughout school before discovering the dance floor as a teenager. She began DJing hip-hop with friends at the age of 22 with some local parties in her hometown of Kyiv, Ukraine before making the natural cycle through techno, electro, and breakbeat, until she arrived with her true love, drum and bass. Since inception, Raw Unkut has maintained a priory as a dancer first and a DJ second. Once she discovered drum n bass, she been expanding the boundaries of the genre as a selector ever since. A force to be reckon with on the dance floor and in the booth, a resident of 20ft Radio and the infamous Jugendhub club in Kyiv, Headznite and Uklon party series in NYC. 'Raw' and 'Unkut' wasn't dubbed inaptly as it fits the sound, the style and the execution; be ready to sweat, groove and ride some bass waves on some high level bpm, just don't forget to drink some water.Recently at H0L0, Nowadays, Bossa Nova Civic Club · often with Don-Ri, DMVU 140 SET, GOOPSTEPPA, none of them here that night
“His practices of space making and music are intertwined, aligning to create moments for community and catharsis.”
their own biography
the whole biography
His practices of space making and music are intertwined, aligning to create moments for community and catharsis. Among his tools are turntables, his voice and records that create either vast, detailed scenes in the mind, the deep urge to move the body, or both. In his early teens, Justin started playing guitar and spending his nights at underground shows at makeshift venues in his small town in the southwest of Virginia. Arriving in NYC in the late 90s, he started performing at and organizing events in the early Brooklyn DIY scene, starting to DJ in 2003. He soon became a resident DJ, booking person and the label manager at Nublu and the Music Director and a resident DJ at APT, two of the last bastions of underground dance music in the wake of 9/11 and the 90s culture wars. Between 2009 and 2011, Justin and fellow DJ Eamon Harkin started Mister Saturday Night and Mister Sunday, parties that happened mostly in friends’ loft spaces and back yards. In 2015, spurred by a need for more permanent space for their own parties as well as a desire to create space for the larger nightlife community, they opened Nowadays. Justin runs and regularly performs at a series called Planetarium, an event where people bring pillows, blankets and sleeping bags, lie in silence and listen deeply to music. He also co-owns Mister Saturday Night Records, a label that's released music and mixes by Suso Saiz, Esteban Adame, CCL, Anthony Naples, Musclecars, Avalon Emerson, Rena Anakwe and Floating Points. As a musician, Justin has released an album of solo material called "The Leaves Fall" (2017) as well as collaborative EPs with The Twilite Tone and Move D. He also performed in the Chorus of Poets conducted by the late downtown experimental jazz musician Butch Morris.House on 9, Disco on 3, Deep House on 4 and Techno on 3. styles on their catalogued releasesReleased on !K7 Records (1), Electric Minds (1) and Mister Saturday Night Records (1). labels on their catalogued releasesRecently at Bossa Nova Civic Club, Nowadays · often with Rena Anakwe, Chee Shimizu, Carlos Niño, none of them here that night

Pauli Cakes is a New York born and based sound curator known for bringing people together and getting them moving. The DJ, community organizer, spirit raiser, performer, multi-faceted artist and founder of collectives DiSCAKES and xCAKES is an unmistakable figure in New York's underground queer rave scene. They've made a heartfelt impact on the nightlife circuit with their iconic raves, musical influence, organizing work, contributions to harm reduction and efforts to raise thousands of dollars for bail out organizations such as F2L, Black and Pink and The Friendly Commisary Fund and independent initiatives such as the COVID19 RELEIF FUND and various fundraisers for Queer New Yorkers in need. Pauli believes that limitations and binaries can be transcended through music, communion and creative expression. Pauli’s sets have been described as a “break neck wonderland” and a "Spirit Raising Journey Through Sound". Their sound is a high energy, genre bending experience filled with sonic eclecticism and colorful sound adopted from their stomping grounds of NYC.Recently at Mad Tropical, Bossa Nova Civic Club, Market Hotel · often with Xana 101, SKIN CONTACT, Total XTC, none of them here that night
