DOUG is a native of Washington, D.C., with a journey as diverse as it is exciting. Over the past years, he has pursued various paths, from chasing NFL dreams on the Division 1 football field to navigating the fast-paced world of Wall Street investment banking. However, it is Afro House music that truly ignites his passion. Inspired by the electrifying sounds of artists like Lemon & Herb, Tekniq, Mr. Thela, Black Coffee, and Maz (BR), DOUG is dedicated to creating unforgettable musical experiences. Now based in the vibrant energy of New York City, he is on a mission to make waves in the international music scene.Recently at Acoustik Garden Lounge, Room 52 · often with Andre Power, DJ Q, Huneycut, none of them here that night

To introduce Omar would be to open a box of postcards and talk about a collection of places and people essential to the creation of his sound as a DJ. From his native Panama to his roots in Uruguay and Berlin, Omar's musical ethos has been shaped through diverse landscapes and human connection, an identity that has been complemented by the artists who've made their mark on him-hometown heroes Bruno Gervais, Koolt and uruguayan export Nicolas Lutz. Eschewing categories and the kind of words overabundant in today's scene, DJ prefers to let his sets vinyl-only journeys that span from techno to electro and the deeper manifestations of house and are aimed at the listener's pleasure-speak for themselves.Their RA profile lists Cabaret Recordings, Time Passages, Sur, Undersound Recordings and 1 more.Recently at Elsewhere, Le Bain, Xanadu · often with Maddylane, DJ Moma, Curly Nez, none of them here that night
