Gabriel Rodriguez, known to the world as Elephantglasses, bursts onto the scene with the energy and heart of his beloved Jackson Heights, Queens. Raised amidst the colorful vibrancy of a Dominican household, Gabriel grew up with rhythm in his veins and melody in his soul. The multicultural pulse of Queens became the backdrop for his artistry, shaping a sound that is as diverse and dynamic as the streets he calls home. At just 14, Gabriel's love affair with music took root behind a drum kit, leading him to form a band with friends. It was in those formative years that he mastered the language of rhythm, crafting beats in basements and echoing his passion through New York City’s iconic venues. Those late-night jams weren’t just practice—they were the building blocks of a career driven by connection, expression, and raw emotion. As his artistry matured, so too did his musical vision. Gabriel found himself drawn to the magnetic pull of club music, swapping drumsticks for decks and transforming into Elephantglasses—a name as bold and distinctive as his sound. This new identity wasn’t just a shift; it was an evolution, blending the organic warmth of his roots with the high-energy pulse of electronic music. Every set he plays is an electrifying journey, a seamless fusion of culture, nostalgia, and futuristic beats. A proud member of the Kold Kutz collective, alongside creative powerhouses Blvck Truffle and Ardío Zemog, Gabriel pushes boundaries and redefines the dancefloor experience. From the underground vibes of TBA Brooklyn to the eclectic magic of Elsewhere, Elephantglasses creates unforgettable sonic landscapes, uniting bodies and souls in the rhythm of the night. Through pulsating basslines, uplifting melodies, and dynamic transitions, Gabriel’s sets aren’t just music—they’re stories. Each track pulses with authenticity, inviting listeners into a world where sound becomes emotion and the dance floor transforms into a shared heartbeat. For Gabriel, music isn’t just a career—it’s his purpose, his joy, and the universal language that turns strangers into family under the glow of the club lights.Recently at Dead Letter No. 9, Black Flamingo, The Last Call · often with Blvck Truffle, Ardio Zemog, Kold Kutz, none of them here that night

the whole biography
Krithi is a Chennai-born, Brooklyn-based music producer, DJ, and music tech educator. With a distinct sonic signature marked by percussive intricacies and genre-blending innovation, Krithi has carved a unique space for herself in the contemporary music landscape. With roots in Jazz and Carnatic vocals, Krithi took an unexpected yet exciting turn in 2020 to create instrumental-only percussive rich music that provides a rhythmic escapade to captivate listeners. The boundaries between genres blur, and her beats tell stories of cultural intersections and sonic experimentation. Her self-released projects include “Padapadappu,” “Nilap-parappu” and “Uyirudan,” while she has also contributed to compilation projects by the newly launched label Bubblin’ (BB001) and UK-based collective Daytimers (DT001). When she's not cooking up beats, she works for Building Beats and We Make Noise NYC (fka Beats by Girlz NYC), two US-based organizations dedicated to making music technology more accessible for marginalized communities. She has also launched her own teaching project “kuttiBEATS” (“kutti” means child or little one in Tamil)—an online platform that allows kids and young adults to tap into their experience as digital natives and express their creativity through music tech.Recently at Jade, About Last Night, Bossa Nova Civic Club · often with Sana, S7IK, Saphe, none of them here that night
