Son of Lee is Brooklyn-based DJ and producer Sam Levison. A musical omnivore with a love for all things deep, cosmic and deep in the cosmos, he started DJing as a teenager and has been active in Brooklyn's dance music underground for almost ten years. Currently, he is a resident DJ at hi-fi listening bar Outer Heaven. Previously, he's held residencies at Bossa Nova Civic Club, Wild Birds, Public Records and Jupiter Disco, among others. Sam has also played renowned nightclubs including Output, Elsewhere, Berlin's KitKat Club, Departamento CDMX and Golden Pudel in Hamburg on bills alongside Soul Clap, Terrence Parker, Analog Soul, Lawrence (Dial) and many others. However, he feels most at home spinning genre-spanning sets at the bars and small venues that are the lifeblood of his hometown music scene. As a producer, he’s released disco and house records on labels including Dailysession NY, Toucan Sounds and Berlin's Disco Bizarre. Most recently he had a featured remix on Tyler Pope's solo debut, Nur Weill Ich Kann (Interference Pattern, 2020) and a dubbed out cosmic disco edit on Rocksteady Disco's ABC Versions EP alongside tracks from Blair French and Peter Croce. No matter where he DJs, Son of Lee is committed to a single goal best articulated by his idol George Clinton: the preservation of the motion of hips.Their RA profile lists DS Records, Smile For A While, Rocksteady Disco, Dailysession Records and 3 more.Recently at Jupiter Disco, Outer Heaven, H0L0 · often with JKriv, Daniel Wang, Mona Matsuoka, none of them here that night
“DatKat's mission is a simple one: to move people.”

DatKat's mission is a simple one: to move people. Gracing the decks at the likes of Moscow’s legendary Club Propaganda for the popular Voices: party hosted by Nina Kraviz, the Academy Club in Montreal, as well as Xlib Club and Sky Art Cafe in Kiev, Ukraine, the self described audiophile has been doing just that for ten years and counting. An inaugural member of East Village Radio, one of the world’s most progressive and independent online music forums, she has always been a tastemaker, with a musical personality that can be best described as exploratory, innovative, and unconventional. With the recent end of Analog Soul on eastvillageradio.com, which she co-hosted with identical twin sister Jacquelyn Sommer, DatKat is now expanding on her foundation and transitioning into her new role as a Music Producer. She currently splits her time between New York City and the rest of the globe, mining for sound gems.Recently at Libera, Bossa Nova Civic Club, public records · often with Analog Soul, Swami Sound, Devoye, none of them here that night
