their own biography
the whole biography
Jose Buzzi is a Brooklyn-born, Ridgewood-raised techno artist known for intense, fully live hardware performances shaped by instinct, improvisation, and deep knowledge of his machines. Immersed in electronic music for over two decades, he has developed a sound rooted in hypnotic repetition, percussive grit, discordant tension, and raw movement. Performing entirely live, Buzzi builds and reshapes his sets in real time, treating the process as a conversation between artist, machine, and dancefloor. The result is physical, unpredictable, and deeply immersive techno that balances classic pulse with the weight of harder styles. With appearances at venues including Tresor, RSO, Basement, and Nowadays, Buzzi has built a reputation for hardware-driven sets that are both gritty and transportive. Shaped by years of dedication rather than hype, he continues to carve out a distinct path through modern techno.Their RA profile lists Harmless, TXTRL, Clan Destine, Pastel Voids and 6 more.Recently at H0L0, Nowadays, Bossa Nova Civic Club · often with jay york, KORBEAT, Fortified Structures, none of them here that night
