What began as the Latin-industrial-hardcore fury of FALSE WITNESS has metamorphosed into something far more seductive: JUNIOR M. The M stands for Machine or Makina in Spanish, a nod to the rewiring of their production practice. Additionally, "Junior Makina" was one of their earliest monikers for studio creations that landed on the more playful side of club and house music in 2012. Their sound is queer, a touch sleazy, and aimed squarely for sweat-soaked dancefloors. Inspired by their years living in Berlin and DJing regularly at clubs like Lab.oratory, Renate and RSO, they’ve crafted a unique sound that blends Italo disco’s yearning synth lines with Dembow’s propulsion. Their sets, which move fluidly across genres, are engineered to feel cosmic and flirtatious. JUNIOR M officially landed in late 2023 with City Flowers (EMS021), their debut EP and first release under the new name. The arrival also coincided with the False Witness farewell tour, a victory lap across Asia that hit Singapore, Australia, Japan, China, and South Korea. JUNIOR M is now based in New York City and serves as one of the primary organizers of the club night series AUTOMESSE.Their RA profile lists E-Missions, Gyration Station and FIST.Recently at Hush, Bossa Nova Civic Club, Paragon · often with Shyboi, FALSEBOI, Henry R, none of them here that night

MPeach, aka Mariana Martín Capriles, is a Venezuelan multidisciplinary artist living in Brooklyn, NY. As a vocalist, producer, DJ, and audiovisual artist, she intertwines bass-heavy electronic sounds with rhythms rooted in traditional music. Having built a body of work that explores sounds of Latin America, the Caribbean, and Africa, as well as the possibilities of these sounds in new electronic territories, MPeach lives in the liminal borderlands between honoring folk sounds rooted in rich cultural histories and envisioning the future of Latin American sound. By engaging Venezuelan folkloric music as a tradition that remains alive and evolving, she challenges stagnant notions of authenticity by creating work that is responsive to the forces that shape its creators, listeners, and dancers, using electronic music as a vehicle for preserving tradition in the collective memory. She has toured across the United States, Latin America, and Europe. MPeach has released music with Dutty Artz, Abstractor, Nacional Records, Interscope, Majia, On the Corner, and her own imprint, Peachtwon. Her music appears in several official motion picture soundtracks, including films such as Piedra, Papel o Tijera and Skate Kitchen, as well as television series like HBO’s Betty. She has performed alongside Arca, Cardopusher also known as Safety Trance, DJ Babatr, DJ Yirvin, and Phran at the first-ever Boiler Room in Caracas, Venezuela.Recently at Mood Ring, Jade, Rebecca's · often with JOSELO, Kamikaze, Tambor y Caña, none of them here that night
