the whole biography
Ben Wild is a NYC-based DJ, producer and promoter whose sets explore the breadth of house music. His grooves — deep, dark, afro, tech, jackin’, disco, and organic — are always tuned to the unseen current that moves through bodies and binds us in rhythm. He started DJing at 19 and by 22 had opened Halcyon, Brooklyn’s iconic record shop and hangout described by Time Out as “The beating heart of NYC's underground club scene.” 2025 marks Ben’s 30th year behind the decks. From New York landmarks like Output, Sony Hall, and House of Yes to international stages in London, Medellín, Madrid, and beyond, Ben conjures experiences that are both ecstatic and grounding. A resident at DISCONNECT, Leg Up on Life, Burning Man and Fire Island’s Meat Rack, he sees the dance floor as more than a party — it’s an ancient ritual. For millennia, we’ve gathered to dance to the drum; Ben’s sets carry that sacred pulse forward, offering the chance to remember, to connect, and to move together as one.Recently at The DL, Red Eye NY, House of Yes · often with Morabito, Thee Aries, Clinton Foster, none of them here that night

the whole biography
autogyro is a Detroit-raised, NYC-based DJ shaping long-form dancefloor journeys where hypnosis meets emotional release. Rooted in underground house and techno but guided by a deep sensitivity to atmosphere, his sets unfold slowly, building tension through layered coexistence before opening into moments of warmth, memory, and shared lift. Somewhere between deep club control and queer ceremonial space, autogyro creates experiences that feel both intimate and expansive. Grounded in queer nightlife’s culture of care, autogyro treats the dancefloor as a living environment: a place to feel, breathe, and reconnect. Familiar lyrics drift in like echoes, bodies move as one organism, and sunrise arrives not as a climax but as a gentle exhale.Last at House of Yes in Jan · often with IPOK, Clinton Foster, Morabito, none of them here that night
