Miami-bred duo INVT are known for their sound system-focused music, blending club genres with dub influences, swung rhythms, and Latin-rooted percussion. Their catalog spans over 200 tracks, alongside live hardware performances and DJ sets at institutions including DC-10 (Circoloco), Fabric, Panorama Bar, Blitz, Club Space, Nowadays and Draaimolen, with notable b2bs with acts like Skream, Skee Mask, Sammy Virji, Bradley Zero and DJ Python. Emerging independently during the pandemic, INVT built momentum through a prolific run of self-released music on Bandcamp, quickly earning support from some of the most influential DJs in the world. Sustaining that momentum through consistent releases, the duo became recognized for a high-volume yet high-quality output. All aspects of the project are developed in house by the pair. They write, produce, mix, and master their own music, while also designing the visual side of the project themselves through clothing collections, art exhibits, videos, and album artwork. Detroit-born and Atlanta-based, Ash Lauryn is an international DJ, curator, and cultural voice pushing the Black American roots of house and techno forward. Her acclaimed platform, Underground & Black—which began as a blog and evolved into a beloved NTS Radio show and event series, has become a cornerstone for honest storytelling and celebration within the dance community. She is a born and bred New Yorker with a masterful ability to translate her listening habits into rhapsodic DJ sets. As sharp as the city she hails from, Barilli’s punk ethos blends seamlessly with her eclectic style, often incorporating rare and esoteric tracks into her performances. Her sound, which she describes as “sleazy and street-based,” is an ode to her independent conviction, creating a symbiotic relationship between her vast knowledge and ever-expanding audience. Barilli has built a reputation for her unique and eclectic sound, sharing stages with prominent artists like DJ Harvey, 2ManyDJs, and James Murphy.
