Connie Yin has been a major contributor to New York City’s underground electronic scene for almost 20 years. With a deep fluid mix of forward thinking 4/4 styles and a defined rhythmic sensibility that flows from her alter egos as a thumping rock drummer and newbie bass player, Connie is a steady crowd favorite and an accomplished pro who always brings the goods. Whether it is as resident DJ for ReSolute, one of the world’s hottest itinerant underground parties, or on the road touring from Brazil to Dubai, Connie’s aptitude and vigorous devotion to her craft have earned her turns alongside a litany of techno’s best. Connie uses her own success to inspire others to enter the world of DJing. To date she has privately trained 15 students. Connie has been producing electronic music since 2009, under the ‘Constar’ moniker as well as Connie Yin, with a dozen releases available digitally and on vinyl, under labels such as Bedrock Records. Currently, she is producing with long time friend Karina Chaczabian as C&K, with recent vinyl releases; and J Gabriel, on various projects. Connie’s love for music spans beyond electronic music; for the last 20 years, Connie has always been involved with at least one band at all times. Current live music projects include songwriting and drumming with post punk band Jilted Lover; playing bass guitar with rock/punk band Bricklip; creating techno synthpop in synth & machine heavy band Chic Choc; and playing keyboards and drums in Bover Cand - an 80s cover band....and also making music videos, her newfound passion. Connie also enjoys romantic strolls on the beach, candlelit dinners, and cuddling.Their RA profile lists Bedrock Records, Airdrop Records, NOSI Music, Jyre Records and 3 more.Recently at H0L0, Moondog Hifi, Apollo Studio · often with Amy Jor, KANZE, Maksim, none of them here that night

Raised between Istanbul and New York City, Omer Bil, better known as O.BEE, has cultivated a musical palette that encompasses the two culture hubs and everything in between. Known for dancing in between different genres and styles, juggling the traditional and the avant-garde, O.BEE weaves together unknown yet familiar sonic landscapes, in a signature style that reflects his own musical identity; optimistic yet rebellious and filled by passion. Liberating the dance floor from the accustomed rules and stepping away from functional expectations, he instead cultivates musical trips for both the dancer and the listener, communicating with the north and south of the body, fueled with intellectual and sensual energy. During his formative years in New York City, O.BEE embarked on a multifaceted journey, characterized by both scholarly pursuits and immersive experiences on the dance floor. His academic path led him to study Contemporary Music at the prestigious New School in Manhattan, where he found himself among the finest jazz talents of his generation. Simultaneously, he delved into the vibrant nightlife scene as a resident DJ and avid participant at the renowned New York party series, ReSolute, where he honed his craft and deepened his connection to the dynamic energy within the city’s underground culture. In 2020 he launched Jigit, a collective and record label alongside Tomas Station and Asli Tunaman, serving as a platform for their creative output, encompassing original productions and selections from their inner circle. This multifaceted venture, comprising a record label, event series, and lifestyle brand, has garnered a devoted global following, thanks to its distinct artistic ethos. Apart from his heavy touring schedule to new destinations, O.BEE holds regular residencies in renowned institutions Fabric, London and Club der Visionaere, Berlin as well as infamous Ibiza club DC-10 where he and Tomas Station are residents of the formidable Circoloco Mondays. Across the pond in Brooklyn's H0l0, O.BEE has established an “All Night Long” series where he can cast his spell to listeners in mind bending open to close sets that have run up to 16 hours. Also present on the larger stages of dance music, recent years have seen him perform in trendsetting festivals such as Houghton, Waking Life, Kappa Futur, Sunwaves and more. A seeker of sonic truth, O.BEE remains committed to the relentless pursuit of artistic evolution, drawing inspiration from the symphony of life itself to create music that resonates deep within the soul to heal and be healed.House on 4, Deep House on 4, Tech House on 3 and Minimal on 2. styles on their catalogued releasesReleased on Jigit (2) (1), Slacker 85 (1) and Understory (1); their RA profile also lists Sleep is Commercial, Moody Recordings and ALINE Brooklyn. labels on their catalogued releases and on their RA profileRecently at H0L0, public records, Outer Heaven · often with Willy Soul, Maksim, Sibil, none of them here that night

“Ricardo Villalobos is a Chilean electronic music producer and DJ.”
their own biography
the whole biography
Ricardo Villalobos is a Chilean electronic music producer and DJ. He is well-known for his work in the minimal techno and microhouse genres. Villalobos was born in the capital of Chile, Santiago, in the year 1970. However, at the age of three he moved to Germany with his family after General Augusto Pinochet overthrew the socialist government of Salvador Allende in 1973. When Ricardo was around 10 or 11 he started to play conga and bongos. Though he loved music, he could never see himself as a musician. In the late eighties he began to make electronic music. From a very young age he has been a a big fan of Depeche Mode, even following their tours around Europe to listen to them. Villalobos takes much of his inspiration from Depeche Mode, as well as other artists such as Daniel Miller, Thomas Melchior, Baby Ford, Daniel Bell and Andrew Weatherall. He has also taken inspiration from rhythmic South American music. Villalobos began to play his music at parties while he was studying at university, but this was only for his own enjoyment. He started a label, Placid Flavour, in 1993 but this was unsuccessful. His first record was released on the German Playhouse label in 1994 and he began DJing as a professional in 1998, and is in present times regarded as one of the most important minimal DJs in Europe, alongside other talented chilean djs and producers such as Luciano Nicolet (an occasional collaborator) and Dandy JackTheir RA profile lists Music For Freaks, Cocoon Recordings, Playhouse, Klang Elektronik and 6 more.Recently at Under the K Bridge · often with Volkan Akin, Sibil, MIC (10), none of them here that night
