the whole biography
Jeremy Giros is a Dominican-American multidisciplinary artist who has always existed at a nexus of creative influences. Growing up immersed in NYC’s art, dance, and party culture, he developed a finely tuned instinct for being able to create moments that speak directly to the body and soul. His sound glides effortlessly through House, Afro-Latin rhythms, soulful gems, and heavy club grooves—each selection purposeful, never overplayed, always with the dancer in mind. In the club, he doesn’t just play crowd-pleasers; he builds trust, guiding dance floors with deep cuts, heavy percussive grooves, and moments of joyful surprise that hit just right. He’s earned a solid rep in NYC’s underground through his SanDia rooftop residency, his Mad Flava NYC collective, and releases on Demuir’s Purveyor Underground label, as well as playing various guest slots at some of the city’s hottest dance floors including Cielo, Nightmoves, Public Records, Paragon, Le Bain, and more.Their RA profile lists Purveyor Underground.Recently at Make Believe, Bossa Nova Civic Club, Earthly Delights · often with Bendito, Ali Coleman, Donis, none of them here that night

“Brooklyn selector Coyado builds heat from the ground up—heavy dub pressure, Latin percussion, and club constructions designed for bodies in motion.”

Brooklyn selector Coyado builds heat from the ground up—heavy dub pressure, Latin percussion, and club constructions designed for bodies in motion. His sets move with intention, layering the low-end rumble of soundsystem culture against the polyrhythmic snap of dembow and cumbia, finding pockets where Caribbean bassweight and New York grit lock into the same groove. Coming up through the city’s underground circuit—each set is another chance to test how far the fusion can stretch without losing its center of gravity.Recently at Paragon, Bossa Nova Civic Club, Rash · often with p1nkstar, Josh Steers, ALEXIS DE LA ROSA, none of them here that night
