RYKER is a DJ and event producer deeply embedded in New York's underground queer nightlife scene. They have performed at Nowadays, Basement, and Club Space in Miami, and across parties including Fast Forward, Weeeirdos, Mizz Softee, Steamroom, La Noche, and Mala Junta. Off the decks, they contribute to the production teams behind some of the city's most vital underground events, including Zero Chill, FAW, and QNCC. That same practice extends into nightlife programming for fashion houses and brand activations across New York. Over the past few years, Mos has established a resonant voice within the electronic music community. The rituals surrounding electronic music have always fascinated Mos, the devotion to craft, the importance of empathy, and emphasis on community. Mos pulls both contemporary tracks and enduring sounds of the past. The result; timeless. Growing up in New York, Mos began working in nightlife at the age of 15 when he was hired by Selah Marley to design and build a party installation in downtown Brooklyn named ‘Primordial Palace’. While Mos was raised in Brooklyn, he originally was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. In September 2005, Hurricane Katrina tore through the Gulf of Mexico and ravaged New Orleans. This resulted in his family’s relocation to New York City, Mos was only two years old then.
