“Electric is the only way to describe Andi’s sets.”
their own biography
the whole biography
Electric is the only way to describe Andi’s sets. The NYC-based DJ, producer, and SYNTHICIDE label/party boss constructs a dynamic and intoxicating flow that’s always palpable between the walls of the foggy, neon-lit dancefloor. Parts sleaze and sultry, Andi’s aesthetic is body music based, thriving on the delivery of the groove and the bombastic highs of a track’s apex. As a devotee of distinct sounds such as EBM, new beat, Italo, freestyle and housey 90s elements, her sets reflect her deep vinyl collection: diverse, yet focused, and completely one-of-a-kind. Her own productions aim to challenge the expectations within the confines of traditionally masculine dance genres. With bassline-heavy grooves and a conceptual emphasis on storytelling with samples taken from long-forgotten erotic thrillers and seedy sci-fi films, Andi adds a wry yet delicate touch to machine music. As the boss of SYNTHICIDE—the internationally known party, label and event series—Andi has cultivated the dark underground scene for over a decade in Brooklyn. SYNTHICIDE started at the notorious club in Bushwick, Bossa Nova Civic Club, where the party still holds a monthly residency. Additionally, Andi is a resident at The Lot Radio and NYC’s Gabriela.EBM on 13, Techno on 9, Industrial on 7 and New Beat on 5. styles on their catalogued releasesReleased on Eskimo Recordings (2), Dischi Autunno (1) and Surface Reality Records (1); their RA profile also lists Mannequin, aufnahme + wiedergabe, Mecanica, Synthicide and 1 more. labels on their catalogued releases and on their RA profileRecently at Gabriela, Bossa Nova Civic Club, Le Bain · often with Arvin T, Facets, Rok One, none of them here that night

He recently creatively produced the livestream of the Borat II release afterparty, and performed as DJ Shkoyach live together with Sasha Baron Cohen, Maria Baklava, and two pygmy goats. “From a cacophony of grimy acid to severe electro and voracious EBM, Gina’s DJ style is a daring amalgamation of strict beats and slick sensibilities.”
their own biography
the whole biography
From a cacophony of grimy acid to severe electro and voracious EBM, Gina’s DJ style is a daring amalgamation of strict beats and slick sensibilities. Her spectrum of music knowledge—including italo rarities, rave classics and goth anthems—foster a forward-thinking palette of mechanized sound that’s never confined to any singular genre. Even though her sets pulse with brash attitude, there’s an innate delicacy in her pacing that creates passionate, spellbinding moments in the thralls of each set. Unsurprisingly so, Gina has formed her own community as the booker at Philly’s dance institutions The Dolphin and formerly The Barbary. It’s here, in the tempestuous, dark enclaves of these clubs, that she’s fostered a thirst for an energy that’s both debaucherous and electrifying. Her commitment in this pursuit has led G I N A to expand to a residency at Brooklyn’s new hot spot, Gabriela, as well as the parties Rhythm Of The Night, Shadowplay, Darker Disco, Fvtvre Favorite and DJ sets on The Lot Radio, Boiler Room & Rinse FM, where her debut was chosen as Resident Advisor's Mix of the Day. Additionally, she’s released her own dynamic tracks on Magic City, Synthicide & Bound NYCTheir RA profile lists Bound, Synthicide and Magic City.Recently at Gabriela, 9 Bob Note, House of Yes · often with Sissies of Mercy, Arvin T, Madam X, none of them here that night
“Kendal—the French producer, DJ and Ritmo Fatale label boss—has mastered the art of synthetic seduction.”
their own biography
the whole biography
Kendal—the French producer, DJ and Ritmo Fatale label boss—has mastered the art of synthetic seduction. Known for his productions such as “Come to Me,” “Basorexia,” “Techno Positivo,” and “Set Me Free,” he merges nostalgia with futurism, a magnetic concoction that is completely his own. His DJ sets, where flesh merges with the machine, weave elements of italo-disco, trance and EBM into euphoric moments. Here, the alchemic charm of Kendal is best understood within the transcendent spectacle of his sets, ones that uplift and mesmerize from start to finish. Ritmo Fatale, the five-year strong label, has become one of Europe’s most respected and desired amongst dance devotees. Emphasizing the “no past, no present, no future” motto, the label has given a platform to newcomer artists who share the same vision: to give new life to rousing aspects of 80s and 90s elements. Because of this, Ritmo Fatale has released a slew of dancefloor anthems combined with strong imagery—an aesthetic that is instantly recognizable. Between his own work and the label, Kendal has shown a spotlight on his home-base of Toulouse while simultaneously touring Europe on the regular and expanding internationally to North America and Australia. The dedication of his fanbase in France brings a consistent following all over the country, especially in his stronghold of Paris, where he has sold out the entirety of his events, such as at the prestigious La Machine du Moulin Rouge (where he holds his Ritmo Fatale residency), Badaboum and Trabendo clubs. Kendal’s collaborative efforts, both in production and B2B sets, garnered widespread acclaim—including a Boiler Room with his former duo Infravision—alongside his original solo performances at venues such as Theatre Chatelet with a violin quartet tribute to John Carpenter and a set inside Atomium Brussels for Arte concert. Drawing from the spirit of the past, Kendal injects a fresh excitement to the pulse of dance music by propelling the underground scene straight into the hearts of widespread audiences.Their RA profile lists Permanent Vacation, Moustache Records and Ritmo Fatale.often with Martyn, Ksenyeah, rrao, none of them here that night
