    the whole biography
BLUSH_RESPONSE is the sonic research apparatus of Cuban-American artist Joey Gonzalez, based in Berlin after being born in Miami. Built for pressure and endurance, the project is delivered through punishing live sets at venues such as Berghain, Tresor, and Khidi, and draws from Blush’s background as a solo artist and member of Joey Jordison’s Scar the Martyr and the industrial institution Front Line Assembly. A veteran sound designer, he has created and programmed instruments for Nord, Elektron, Yamaha, and Arturia, contributed to releases by Fear Factory and Cristian Castro, and collaborated with Richard Devine, Black Asteroid, Rhys Fulber, and Bon Harris of Nitzer Ebb. BLUSH_RESPONSE operates at the edge of control, using feedback, repetition, and mechanical force to produce uncompromising industrial techno released through labels including Artoffact Records, Aufnahme + Wiedergabe, Ant-Zen, Sonic Groove, and his own MEGASTRUCTURE.
Their RA profile lists Sonic Groove, Ant-Zen, aufnahme + wiedergabe, Total Black and 6 more.

“Moderna's style is described as a dark heady blend of Techno, Dark Disco, Elektro, and Acid with wrought darkened vocals that has become her signature distinction.”

    the whole biography
Moderna's style is described as a dark heady blend of Techno, Dark Disco, Elektro, and Acid with wrought darkened vocals that has become her signature distinction. Beginning at a young age in a noise band, 'The Static Cult', she quickly fell in love with her passion for an underground unique sound. After several years working closely with Indie electronic label Ghostly International she naturally moved on to her own works, which has gained worldwide recognition and underground appeal. She is sought after internationally with dj performances at clubs and parties such as Womb Tokyo, Rex Club Paris, Kater Blau Berlin, Poland’s Garbicz Festival and Topaz Deluxe, Bar Americas and Sunday Sunday in Mexico. Now residing in Berlin the Los Angeles transplant gained momentum in Europe while working on new productions, touring and focusing her energy on hybrid label and radio show ‘Brave New Rave’ which is the home of her debut Album "The Future Is Among Us" Out Now on all platforms. Her discography also includes 4 EPs with Mexican-based artist Theus Mago which are on French label La Dame Noir and Barcelona based label This Side Up. With the latest releases on Mexico based DURO. Amongst several remixes her latest being ‘Bullet Time’ for The Matrix 4 Soundtrack by Tom Tykwer on Warner Brothers Records
Their RA profile lists Eskimo Recordings, Kill The DJ, Warner Music (UK), Roam Recordings and 6 more.

  • Mike Simonetti

New Jersey · 22 bookings since Mar 2024

“Jersey born, bred and based, Mike Simonetti is a man of many caps.”

    their own biography

    the whole biography
Jersey born, bred and based, Mike Simonetti is a man of many caps. As an artist he’s in demand both as a solo act and as one half of acclaimed techno duo Pale Blue. In the business, he’s a multiple influential label founder with 25 years of breaking bands and accelerating culture to his name. In life, he is a serial crate digger and music lover. With a steady flow of releases and remixes on his own 2MR, Manpower’s Me Me Me, Public Release, Crosstown Rebels, Correspondant peppering the sets of premiership selectors such as Dixon, Ame, Mike Servino and Maceo Plex, the 2010s have seen Mike steadily rise to prominence as one of this decade’s most consistent, exciting and innovative producers both solo and with Elizabeth Wight as Pale Blue. This is no coincidence: Simonetti’s status is the result of decades of diligent work across multiple musical movements from punk to acid house as both a DJ and label owner. In the early 90s he founded cult imprint Troubleman Unlimited, a label responsible for breaking the likes of Chromatics and Glass Candy and releasing music by Prurient, Vatican Shadow, Zola Jesus, The Walkmen, Speedking (James Murphy’s first band), Unwound, and many many more acts long before their mainstream exposure. This tastemaker trend continues throughout every label Mike has founded since retiring Troubleman and exploring more dancefloor focussed sounds: between 2007-15 he ran Italians Do It Better with Glass Candy’s Johnny Jewell, during which time it became a by-word for innovative electronic fusion. Now 2MR (2 Mikes Records co-founded with Mike Sniper and Adam Gerrard) carries the mantel for joyous unpredictability and forefront electronic fusion, encouraging the boldest and most vibrant experiments from exciting new innovators such as Savile, Bottin, John Barera and many more. Galvanizing Mike’s ahead-of-the-curve signature and reflecting his ever-broadening musical brushstrokes in the studio and reputation as an international DJ, 2MR is yet another chapter for the man of many caps: an artist, a DJ, a label owner, a crate digger, a music lover…
Their RA profile lists Crosstown Rebels, Italians Do It Better, Perseo, Correspondant and 5 more.
