Jake from State Pharm and Silver (Ag) first crossed paths in an unlikely place for two future DJs and medics — a boat in Bushwick, February 2020. Call it fate, call it a shared love of basslines and adrenaline, but what started as a casual conversation over a Bushwick waterway and city views turned into a deep friendship forged in rhythm, resilience, and rave. The duo reconnected on the dancefloor in 2021, right as the city began to breathe again. That reunion wasn’t just serendipity — it was ignition. Since then, Jake and Silver have become boat buddies for life, both behind the decks and in the field. By day (and often night), they’re trained medics who have worked EMS at festivals and clubs across New York, always ready to step up to the scene, steady hands in the chaos. By night (and sometimes morning), they’re selectors — DJs with a deep respect for the dancefloor and a mission to move it. They’ve played sets at legendary NYC spaces like TBA Brooklyn (RIP), Double Decker Disko (RIP), Signal, The House, and a rotating roster of underground venues where the lights are low, the subs are warm, and the community is everything. Starting on digital controllers and USBs, Jake and Silver have steadily built and refined their vinyl arsenals — digging, trading, and acquiring records that speak as much to soul as they do to sound. Their sets weave genres and tempos, but always center one idea: healing through music. Whether it’s a sunrise closer or a sweaty peak-hour push, their goal is the same — to hold space, build connection, and keep each other safe. They believe in looking out for one another — behind the decks, on the dancefloor, and in life. Because when the beat drops, it’s not just about the music. It’s about the people in the room. It’s about care. And that’s exactly what they’re here to give.Last at Apollo Studio in Nov · often with Chloe Battelle, Woreq, 98dots, none of them here that night

the whole biography
Seb Hall is a Los Angeles-based producer and DJ with a penchant for crafting dreamy and melodic dance floor cuts harnessing analog gear. His background as a musician began at an early age on the piano and later exploring the guitar, bass, and just about any instrument he could get his hands on. Hall's style is smooth and expresses a breezy laid back motif, ascribed to a lifetime awash in the sun of Southern California. His live show is composed of a collection of drum machines, analog synthesizers, and odd guitar pedals all running through MPCs. The outcome is a soulful journey that rises and falls like the tide. Hall blends up his own version of house and disco with a splash of acid house to keep things controversial. As a DJ, his daring range of selections mirror his honed technical abilities when he's on the decks.Their RA profile lists Lips & Rhythm Records.Recently at H0L0, Apollo Studio, Terminal 5 · often with Chuwee, Kiyoshi, Kurilo, none of them here that night
