Lauren Flax has been a lifelong musician, starting to play the drums at 8 years old before continuing on to guitar and bass in high school. She began her DJ career in the underground dance and rave scenes of Detroit as a resident at the Motor Lounge, playing every Tuesday night along with resident DJs Mike Servito, DJ Dilemma, Jason Kendig, and Derek Plaslaiko. Flax played the very first Detroit Electronic Music Festival in 2000 on the Motor stage. While originally starting off as a jungle DJ, Flax evolved her style into a variety techno, house, and electro music. Flax moved to Chicago in 1999, where she honed in on music production while continuing to DJ. By 2002, she relocated again to Manhattan, which shortly followed the release of her first remix, "Much Finer" for Le Tigre. In 2018, Flax was introduced to DJ Haus by fellow Detroit musician and friend Jimmy Edgar, to which he quickly signed a record, resulting in "Dance Trax Vol. 16" (2018). In 2019, Flax joined the mostly Detroit-born New York collective The Bunker New York,[1] on which she released "One Man’s House is Another Woman’s Techno EP" (2019). The EP was highly successful and sold out quickly. Flax met with Brooklyn-based record label 2MR in 2019, curious to explore beyond the realm of dance music. She remixed 'Breathe' by label-mate Pale Blue, and that ended up inspiring Flax's new style of music. After the remix was released, Flax took to writing a 6 track EP, merging genres of ambient, acid house, and much more, set to come out in Summer 2021. Wyatt Stevens is at the forefront of a young Brooklyn scene that's taking the dance music world by storm. Alongside friends and collaborators such as AceMo, Kush Jones, and DJ Swisha, he's created a genre-agnostic movement that celebrates all facets of Black electronic music, from old-school Detroit techno to the early days of jungle, drum & bass and more modern strains of American dance music. His HAUS Of ALTR label has become a hub for this community, releasing his own material as well as his critically acclaimed AceMoMA project with AceMo, and three massive compilations that define this new generation of producers. Danilo Braca is an expert audio professional, with a long track record as a mixing engineer, DJ and music producer. Born in Italy and influenced by his father’s love for collecting records and for audiophile HiFi gear, Danilo started DJing at the age of 13. Shortly thereafter started working as a sound engineer in music studios in Rome, where he specialized in mixing audio for film and TV. In 2012 he moved to NYC, where he founded The Sound of New York City, a web radio and a music production studio. He has built a strong reputation as a club DJ, as a producer and as a mixing engineer. His most recent work includes production on labels such as Music for Dreams, Best Record, House of Music, Jumbo Records, Sirsound Records, HGS, and mixing/mastering on labels such as World Famous, Music For Dreams, Best Record, TSoNYC, House of Music. As a DJ he has performed as a headliner at venues such as LeBain at The Standard (NYC), House of Yes (NYC), Cielo (NYC), Output (NYC), ATV (Miami), Eagle Room (Miami), Air (Tokyo) Sunday Sunday (Mexico City), Departamento (Mexico City) and many more around the world. Danilo created 2 record labels and released 5 EP that caught many ears in the underground community. His style as a DJ has remained very eclectic with the ability to blend Afro-disco, synth pop, Italo Cosmic, Garage House, Disco, Prog- Rock, Chicago Old School House, Philly vibes and Techno all in one set. In the late 2019 he founded TSoNYC - The Sound of New York City record label and he released names like DJ Spinna, DJ Nature, The Revenge, Ashley Beedle, DJ Rocca and many more to come this year like Ron Trent and others that cannot be revealed yet. In 2020 winner of the Beatport competition to remix the DJ Harvey’s song, “Berghain”.
