In the Black, Queer, and underground NYC nightlife circuit, PURR is a regular guest DJ at local haunts in Brooklyn and frequently headlines sold-out nights at top-tier venues such as SOB’s, Elsewhere, Xanadu, House of Yes & more. PURR’s finesse for nostalgic sounds alongside hyper-contemporary sonic cuts bends time to reveal the long-standing and ongoing history of Black club culture—preserving what's come before while seducing and challenging crowds with potential futures all on the dancefloor.Recently at Anything, SOBs, Bossa Nova Civic Club · often with KC, Charmed, BEYBLADE SHAWTY, none of them here that night
