Wyatt Stevens is at the forefront of a young Brooklyn scene that's taking the dance music world by storm. Alongside friends and collaborators such as AceMo, Kush Jones, and DJ Swisha, he's created a genre-agnostic movement that celebrates all facets of Black electronic music, from old-school Detroit techno to the early days of jungle, drum & bass and more modern strains of American dance music. His HAUS Of ALTR label has become a hub for this community, releasing his own material as well as his critically acclaimed AceMoMA project with AceMo, and three massive compilations that define this new generation of producers. MoMA Ready makes dance music intuitively and without orthodoxy, where techno can suddenly morph into drum & bass and back again.Techno on 44, House on 37, Jungle on 16 and Deep House on 14. styles on their catalogued releasesReleased on HAUS of ALTR (2) and Paraíso (1). labels on their catalogued releasesRecently at Bossa Nova Civic Club, Nowadays, public records · often with Kush Jones, Regal86, Dazegxd, none of them here that night
“To sum it up best, Juno sees techno as a textbook through culture and history.”

the whole biography
To sum it up best, Juno sees techno as a textbook through culture and history. The Queens, NY-born Jamaican DJ has always gravitated toward electronic music since they were younger, but it wasn’t until after their time living in Germany and North Carolina that they realized how much deeper this music goes. Through their own research and the guidance of the owners of the former NC record store 641 RPM (shoutout E&T), they discovered the roots and sound of the music we all love. Underground Resistance, DJ Bone , Jay Denham , and many more acts and individuals inspired them and shaped what this music means to them, as well as what it can teach to so many, such as themes of resistance, community, and humanity. Now living back in Queens, they’ve been making their way around the circuit, playing at notable spots like Bossa Nova Civic Club, Signal and H0L0 , where they’ve shared the stage with techno OGS such as Joey Beltram, Adam X, DJ Shufflemaster, Mike Dearborn, and Shawnscape Renegade. While their growth may not be exponential, they’re truly in this for the long game and the love of the sound. Picking up records in late 2023 only deepened their passion and knowledge of music, and they’ve become increasingly comfortable with their style, showcasing it whenever they can in the new NYC music scene.Recently at Honey's, Paragon, Bossa Nova Civic Club · often with KYRUH, wahala.wav, Simisola, none of them here that night
