“Saqib is a creative force.”
their own biography
the whole biography
Saqib is a creative force. A DJ’s DJ, a deep digger of musical gems, a producer of equally unique gems, and a community builder. First and foremost a guitarist, bass player and drummer who grew up in the world of rock and metal from a young age in Pakistan, Saqib is a producer whose tracks transcend genre, era, hype, and scene. They speak the language of dance. With close to a hundred releases over the past decade he has slowly created a sound unto himself and a devoted following. It is a sound that crosses boundaries between house, techno, indie dance, hip hop, Bollywood, Lahore, Brooklyn, Detroit and Berlin mixed with some secret sauce known only to the man himself. Moving to New York City to play shoulder-to-shoulder with the best in the world, Saqib has shared the decks and earned plays from artists like Danny Tenaglia, Jamie Jones, Adam Ten, Blond:ish, Adriatique, Mita Gami, Bedouin, Lee Burridge, Robag Wruhme and so many more. His records, released on labels including Abracadabra, Maccabi House, Kindisch, Flying Circus, Get Physical, Sol Selectas, and Echolette, reflect a spectrum of musical sensibility that can only be described as UNIQUE… earning him a spot as one of of 1001 Tracklists’ Top 100 Producers and a regular spot in the Beatport top 10 in multiple genres. During the pandemic Saqib became a resident artist of Blondish:ish’s Abracadabra releasing music, doing A+R, and hosting a weekly twitch stream created entirely on his own called “Love Jams” that started a devoted following around his sound. In 2022 he started his own label ‘Beats On Time’, a Brooklyn-based indie dance imprint uplifting local and international artists alike. Whether at Brooklyn Mirage, Knockdown Center, a rooftop or a dimly-lit basement, Saqib leads the floor with his unique sound. A unique one who marches to the beat of his own drum and we all dance with him.Their RA profile lists Get Physical Music, Flying Circus, Kindisch Records, Intimate Project Music and 4 more.Recently at Signal, 275 Park BK, Superior Ingredients · often with Nhii, Narasimha, Spencer Brown, none of them here that night

Sana is outspoken artist in the male-dominated dance music scene and challenges conventions and creates spaces where rhythm and melody bring people together. Layered with breakbeats, Baile Funk, and experimental bass, her sets expand the boundaries of house while keeping the dancefloor locked in a driving groove. Her music seamlessly blends traditional Indian instruments with the pulse of house, melodic techno, and bass, while weaving in Afro, Tribal, Indo, and Latin influences to craft a dynamic and diverse sonic journey. Sana is one of the founders of DAYTIMERS NYC, the New York chapter of the acclaimed UK collective, and has been featured on Refuge Worldwide (Berlin), Newtown Radio (NYC), and Half Moon BK (NYC). She has performed at leading venues in NYC and London, including Elsewhere, House of Yes, Jazz Cafe (UK), Kindred (UK), and Superior Ingredients, supporting events for acclaimed labels and collectives such as Indo Warehouse, Laylit, DAYTIMERS UK, and Anjunadeep. In 2025, Sana released an official remix of “Ghana Kasoota” with Sony Music India/Relentless Records, reimagining the viral hit through her globally inspired sound. She is currently working on her debut EP with Pink Turban, continuing to merge South Asian instruments, tribal drums, and Carnatic vocals with dynamic dance music for a truly cross-cultural experience. The EP is set to be released in late 2025.Their RA profile lists Relentless Records.Recently at public records, Elsewhere, Delirium · often with Krithi, James Park, Boydell, none of them here that night
