Subcultures hails from the San Francisco Bay Area and is based in Brooklyn. His passion for music discovery has driven him to record shops and down online rabbit holes hunting for interesting sounds since childhood. A founder of queer party collective Community Hole, he plays regularly for dance floors and listening bars across New York. A Subcultures set is guaranteed to be audacious, unexpected and full of feeling.Recently at Jade, Bossa Nova Civic Club, Signal · often with Brutal Twink, SWIMMIE, Zeigler, none of them here that night
