Nick Curly has now been defining the sound of the underground for ten whole years. The varied and vital artist has established a number of labels in that time, including the era-defining Cecille Records. Currently he is focused on 8Bit, which continues to grow from strength to strength, as an outlet for fresh house and tech. 2017, then, is sure to be another landmark year. By now, Curly has a refined signature sound that keeps people dancing all over the world. His productions continue to come on esteemed labels like Truesoul, Drumcode and Hot Since 82’s Knee Deep in Sound, and he remains an in-demand remixer – recent work taking in Pan Pot’s Second State and for the legendary duo Stephane K and John Creamer, with an appearance due on 'Saved' for hot newcomer Emanuel Satie slated for spring. His DJ schedule takes in hundreds of gigs each year, all over the world, with year on year growth showing no signs of slowing down. 2016 was a superb year, yet 2017 already includes confirmed appearances at Heart Miami, Ministry of Sound, TimeWarp Mannheim, Crobar Buenos Aires, Warung Beach Club and festival plays at Hideout, Sonus, Eastern Electrics, and many more. More recently Nick has been heading up his own party brand, Trust. Now a few years old, it continues to go from strength to strength and really brings something fresh to each city it lands in. As well as a bi-annual residency at Watergate in Berlin, Trust host parties at high profile places like Sonus Festival and BPM, always with a tasteful selection of headliners who fit in with Nick’s unique vision for the party. The future is as bright as the past for this DJ, producer, party curator and A&R. After great releases in 2016 that roamed from house to techno and back again, always with an assured sense of quality, Nick has a new EP on his own 8Bit due in April, with new records lined-up every six to eight weeks from the German production machine. 2017 is lining up to be another record breaker for this essential pillar of the underground dance scene.Their RA profile lists Cocoon Recordings, Akbal Music, Cécille Records, 8bit and 6 more.Recently at Superior Ingredients · often with GENPOP, Aazure, Andrew Azara, none of them here that night

Fortunate to grow up around the rich club culture of NYC and influenced by the sounds around him, Avision now finds himself helping to usher in a new wave of techno for the New York scene. His debut album In My Mind has been released on Maceo Plex’s Ellum Audio imprint, which DJ Mag UK has called “an impressive body of work stuffed full of melodic techno and maximal house”. Anthony Cardinale aka Avision started young on the turntables at the age of 12, gained his first residency at 15, and hasn’t looked back since. Recent touring highlights include gigs at The Brooklyn Mirage & Time Warp in NYC, Off Sonar in Barcelona, EDC Las Vegas, Space Miami, Watergate Berlin and Stereo Montreal. Around the same time as his DJ career started, he began to hone his production skills in the studio, and has developed a distinctly New York-flavored techno sound that he’s now bringing to the world. Over the last number of years, he’s had releases on a range of influential labels across the spectrum of techno; from Ellum and Drumcode, to Hardgroove and Truncate to name a few. Avision has also recently started the Ground Rule Collective, an outlet which brings together all of the different aspects of his creative passions: music, events, clothing, art, and food - all driven by New York influence. The events portion of Ground Rule has launched with a recurring series of events in New York at Superior Ingredients (formerly Output), and the first clothing line drop followed shortly after. The philosophy of Ground Rule will mirror the development of Anthony as Avision, “staying true to the music, the art form and myself is something I always want to push forward.”Their RA profile lists Intec Digital, Drumcode, Mindshake Records, Ellum and 6 more.Recently at Sunset Park Rooftop, Superior Ingredients, Brooklyn Storehouse · often with Victor Calderone, Kate Simko, Simon Heyliger, none of them here that night

With a scene as vast as Brooklyn, there are few artists and selectors that have shown as much promise as EREZ.JPG. His selection of underground cuts and eclectic sounds is a clear reflection of his devotion to the local scene and attention to international trends. He is known for hammering anything from minimal to disco, from 90's house to breaks - anything that will elevate the energy and get everyone moving and grooving. Erez's energy on the decks and on the dancefloor is absolutely magnetic--it's no wonder his recently launched party series and community, Say Yes, has already received much support from the local dance music community. Within a year of DJing in Brooklyn, Erez went from DJing fraternity parties to consistent bookings, including landing a residency at TBA Brooklyn and Ciao Ciao Disco and appearances at Elsewhere, The Brooklyn Monarch, Noir, Mood Ring, and more.Recently at Apollo Studio, Crossroads Cafe, Outer Heaven · often with shanty mane, Bella Mutino, Jeny Michelle, none of them here that night
