Duriya, a live hypnotic techno DJ and curator based in New York City, is known for weaving immersive soundscapes rooted in hypnotic rhythm, bass, dub, and percussion. With a deep commitment to new sounds, Duriya builds sets that explore the beauty of grooves and rythm crafted by us, for us. Her performances are not just sets, but carefully constructed journeys that create connection and the experience of sound in our scene. As a curator, Duriya runs a monthly party (Trans4Techno) aimed at giving bipoc queer artists a space to grow and have a spotlight, specifically native/indigenous and queer muslims. Jazmine (JT) Green is an audio documentarian by trade and artist by practice. She is the founder of Molten Heart, a duPont-Columbia award-winning creative and commercial studio focused on the texture of sound. Molten Heart’s collaborators include The Met, Stitcher Studios, and Audible. Her practice explores the spiritual qualities of improvisation, the convergence of technology and the human body, and the intersection of gender and race through visual, performance, and sound art. She writes and produces electronic music as CMD+JAZMINE.
