Lord Fascinator is the stage name is Johnny Mackay an Australian musician who relocated to & was reborn in NYC back in 2010. Lord Fascinator came to New York after wanting a change from his previous musical project, indie band ‘Children Collide’. Once here, he learned to DJ at staple venues, such as Elvis’ Guesthouse, which informed his musical output. From that point on FASCINATOR, his amorphous band, was created. Fascinator has toured with other acts such as Tame Impala & Pond. He released his latest album Water Sign this past summer.Recently at Dead Letter No. 9, Le Bain, Xpizza · often with Christian Tokyo, @ Jean D'Armes, Mr. Handyman, none of them here that night
