"A Sid set is like riding a wave—rising from deep, hypnotic grooves to underground cuts, classic house to Afro-Latin magic—where no two nights are ever the same. With flawless precision and an instinct for reading the room, Sid shapes an immersive flow, his signature vibe pulsing as sound, space, and energy become one." Sid Vaga is a French DJ and producer based in New York City's Lower East Side. Since taking to the decks in 1999, he's brought his infectious blend of House, Afro-Latin, funk, and deep grooves to clubs and festivals across the globe—from Berlin to Colombia, Morocco to Miami. Raised in Paris, Sid soaked up sounds from his older brother’s record collection: fusion jazz, disco-funk, Afrobeat, Brazilian, Latin and early Hip Hop. It shaped his ear for rhythm and texture—where even silence or vinyl crackle becomes part of the groove. That early curiosity turned into a passion for moving dancefloors with soulful, percussive, and genre-blurring sets. Sid’s vibe has lit up EXIT Festival's Urban Bug Stage in Serbia, Châlet in Berlin, We Love Summer in Morocco, and a closing set at BPM Festival in Mexico. In NYC, he’s left his mark on iconic venues like Cielo, Le Bain, Pacha, Panther Room, and LOVE. A long-standing Turntables on the Hudson DJ and resident of the Six Degrees parties for over a decade, Sid’s driving force contributed in shaping the globally inspired sound that helped define a generation of New York nightlife. He’s shared stages with the likes of Roy Davis Jr., DJ Spinna, Nickodemus, Peter Kruder, and Funk D’Void, earning respect for his versatility and energy behind the decks. Following a period of personal and creative recalibration, Sid returns with a more refined and mature approach to music. With renewed focus, he's diving deeper into production and embracing the full spectrum of styles that shaped him—bringing a richer, more intentional energy to both his studio work and DJ sets. As a producer, Sid has released original tracks and remixes on respected labels including Kling Klong, King Street, Great Stuff, Unknown Season and Wonderwheel Recordings. Some of his releases have broken into the Beatport Top 10, and has been remixed by established names in the scene. Connie Yin has been a major contributor to New York City’s underground electronic scene for almost 20 years. With a deep fluid mix of forward thinking 4/4 styles and a defined rhythmic sensibility that flows from her alter egos as a thumping rock drummer and newbie bass player, Connie is a steady crowd favorite and an accomplished pro who always brings the goods. Whether it is as resident DJ for ReSolute, one of the world’s hottest itinerant underground parties, or on the road touring from Brazil to Dubai, Connie’s aptitude and vigorous devotion to her craft have earned her turns alongside a litany of techno’s best. Connie uses her own success to inspire others to enter the world of DJing. To date she has privately trained 15 students. Connie has been producing electronic music since 2009, under the ‘Constar’ moniker as well as Connie Yin, with a dozen releases available digitally and on vinyl, under labels such as Bedrock Records. Currently, she is producing with long time friend Karina Chaczabian as C&K, with recent vinyl releases; and J Gabriel, on various projects. Connie’s love for music spans beyond electronic music; for the last 20 years, Connie has always been involved with at least one band at all times. Current live music projects include songwriting and drumming with post punk band Jilted Lover; playing bass guitar with rock/punk band Bricklip; creating techno synthpop in synth & machine heavy band Chic Choc; and playing keyboards and drums in Bover Cand - an 80s cover band....and also making music videos, her newfound passion.
