Born and raised in New Orleans, now living in Brooklyn, Leonce is uncompromising, blending elements of American Urban and Experimental Electronica, a hardline style that influenced his development as a producer. He co-founded the infamous Club Morph in 2016 and its electronic-hybrid imprint label Morph Tracks. DJs supporting Leonce’s tracks have included DJ Holographic, Fred again, Mochakk, Virgil Abloh, Honey Dijon, Brodinski, Pangaea, Midland, Moxie, Joy Orbison, Leon Vynehall, Seth Troxler, Ben UFO, and The Carry Nation. 2023 was a banner year for Leonce, producing and headlining Atlanta’s Boiler Room in April, and then going on to tour in London, Berlin, Milan, Edinburgh, Manchester, and Barcelona. In August, Leonce supported the Atlanta tour stop on Beyonce’s Renaissance Tour, playing to a crowd of 70,000 in Atlanta’s Mercedes Benz Stadium. In October, Leonce remixed Kai Alcé and Ash Lauryn’s ‘Underground & Black’ and teamed up with British-Ghanaian artist Karen Nyame KG on the track ‘Nightryde,’ which featured in DJ Mag and Mixmag. November saw Leonce share the Elsewhere Main Stage in New York with Boys Noize. Spring 2024 brought the release of Leonce's debut album 'System of Objects,' which received a glowing review on RA. In May 2024, Leonce embarked on another EU headline run, followed up by single releases on LuckyMe and Nervous Records. To cap off 2024, Leonce supported Fred Again two nights in a row at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena. His music featured on two year-end lists via RA's Best 25 Tracks of 2024 & DJ Mag's Top Albums of 2024. This year, Leonce has continued to tour at a frenetic pace, including debuts at Glastonbury and Under The K Bridge. With a recent release on fabric Originals and a new EP out soon, Leonce continues to solidify his position at the vanguard of the global club & techno scene.House on 13, Deep House on 6, Techno on 6 and Experimental on 6. styles on their catalogued releasesReleased on Bleep (2) (1), Morph Tracks (1) and Nervous Records (1); their RA profile also lists fabric Originals. labels on their catalogued releases and on their RA profileRecently at Signal, public records, Paragon · often with Sterling Juan Diaz, ALEXIS DE LA ROSA, Kilopatrah Jones, none of them here that night

“What began as the Latin-industrial-hardcore fury of FALSE WITNESS has metamorphosed into something far more seductive: JUNIOR M. The M stands for Machine or Makina in Spanish, a nod to the rewiring of their production practice.”

What began as the Latin-industrial-hardcore fury of FALSE WITNESS has metamorphosed into something far more seductive: JUNIOR M. The M stands for Machine or Makina in Spanish, a nod to the rewiring of their production practice. Additionally, "Junior Makina" was one of their earliest monikers for studio creations that landed on the more playful side of club and house music in 2012. Their sound is queer, a touch sleazy, and aimed squarely for sweat-soaked dancefloors. Inspired by their years living in Berlin and DJing regularly at clubs like Lab.oratory, Renate and RSO, they’ve crafted a unique sound that blends Italo disco’s yearning synth lines with Dembow’s propulsion. Their sets, which move fluidly across genres, are engineered to feel cosmic and flirtatious. JUNIOR M officially landed in late 2023 with City Flowers (EMS021), their debut EP and first release under the new name. The arrival also coincided with the False Witness farewell tour, a victory lap across Asia that hit Singapore, Australia, Japan, China, and South Korea. JUNIOR M is now based in New York City and serves as one of the primary organizers of the club night series AUTOMESSE.Their RA profile lists E-Missions, Gyration Station and FIST.Recently at Beverly's NYC, Signal, 9 Bob Note · often with Henry R, Manu Miran, Andi, none of them here that night
“Concrete Husband is a NYC-based producer, DJ, composer, and flutist whose work bridges hypnotic techno, contemporary composition, and surrealist sound design.”
their own biography
the whole biography
Concrete Husband is a NYC-based producer, DJ, composer, and flutist whose work bridges hypnotic techno, contemporary composition, and surrealist sound design. His forward-thinking dance records Piel and Pelvic Resonance, released on White Owl Records, received critical acclaim, with Document Journal describing his music as “redefining avant-garde composition.” Educated at New England Conservatory, he draws on a deep knowledge of musical history to create emotionally charged sonic narratives that blur the line between the sensual and the uncanny. His DJ sets move through hypnotic grooves and psychological tension. A fixture of the Brooklyn techno scene, he has been seen countless times at BASEMENT, Paragon, and Knockdown Center, as well as at WIRE Festival and Merge. He is a resident of the Mexico City collective Pervert. As a composer and flutist, he merges virtuosic performance with experimental approaches to sound. Integrating live flute into his work, he has developed a singular performance language that led Eartheater to invite him to open her 2024 international tour, alongside a headline debut at Silent Green. His compositions have been presented at Amant, MoMA PS1, Museum of Modern Art, MUNCH, and Palazzo Reale. He has also scored Dion Lee’s Shanghai Fashion Week presentation and contributed flute compositions to the A24 film Beau Is Afraid. Most recently, he released the experimental project "Where The Ashes Glow" on NNA Tapes.Techno on 2, Afrobeat on 1, Art Rock on 1 and Ethereal on 1. styles on their catalogued releasesReleased on White Owl Records (3) (2) and Gonzo Circus (1); their RA profile also lists NNA Tapes and White Owl Records. labels on their catalogued releases and on their RA profileRecently at Refuge, SILO, BASEMENT · often with Juana, Ne/Re/A, VILE, none of them here that night
