  Montréal duo Jump Source–comprised of Patrick Holland and Francis Latreille–announce their first full length Album, Fold, due April 23rd on NAFF Recordings. Over the past decade, the pair have carved out a distinct lane with idiosyncratic club music, lacing undeniable dancefloor anthems with jagged left turns that never miss. With their shared studio as the creative hub, Patrick and Francis have also become one of the most reliable production teams in electronic music; writing, producing, and mixing for artists like James K., Car Culture, Maara, Tiga, among many others. Fold is Jump Source’s most ambitious project yet. Echoing the electronic LP boom of the early 2000s, it’s as much an ode to the dancefloor as it is the articulation of a distinct, everything-goes pop ethos. With an eclectic cast of collaborators including POiSON GiRLFRiEND, billy woods, Helena Deland, CFCF, Loukeman and more, this album leaves no corner of music untouched. Peak hour club hits with candy-glossed choruses meld with folktronic balladry and a curveball rap cut. Turbulence is a persistent theme on the record: the highs and lows of life in music, connections gained and lost on the road, mundane exchanges made uncanny by shifting time zones. The city is the lingering backdrop here, etched out in full relief to reveal every grain.

  The multidisciplinary artist’s creative outputs inhabit the full spectrum of emotion. Spanning the gamut of House and Techno, she tips into the dualities and subtleties that shape the human experience. Whether she’s producing music, DJing, scoring for screen, or writing top lines, Loveless has a versatility that spans cheeky and deep, naughty and nice, delicate and driving. As a producer, Loveless is a potent creator who’s releases regulary grace the "Best of" lists of the who's who of music (Bandcamp, Mixmang, Pitchfork and more). Whether it’s psychedelic house, raucous summer anthems, muted beats or heartfelt poems, her work finds their way onto a number of striking labels such like AUS Music, Sex Tags UFO, Planet Euphorique, Butter Sessions, !K7, Future Classic and Miami Daddy, cement her as an intuitive producer. Loveless has spent decades absorbing and living in various scenes around the globe from Canada to Australia and is now Europe-based. Her eclectic musical background is what makes her just as skilful at playing heady club nights in Panorama Bar and De School as she is working audiences at festivals like Horst or Pitch Music & Arts. Loveless brings a sense of self-discovery, expansion and meticulousness to her craft leaving hearts and dancefloors aching and racing.
